What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like how Jotform Workflows is easy to use and very user-friendly, which our patients love. It has been great for our clinic, helping to streamline our operations and making it efficient for our providers. The easiest part was setting it up, which took less than five minutes. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

I'm still working out the AI feature on making sure AI gathers the info from the actual Jotform and puts it into a soap note without us doing that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

This works for me to have one form and multiple people receive it only when required, so basically if someone chooses their name on the form they are the only ones getting the email and have to follow up with it , It works great!! I find Jotform Workflows very easy to use and navigate. Updating forms is super user-friendly, and I really appreciate the integration capabilities, especially via API. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I used Jotform Workflows to create a new customer service email submission form for our website. I like having the ability to have conditional fields that only show up when a customer selects specific items from our dropdowns; it's been extremely helpful in presenting information specific to the issues they are having. Being able to customize the form to match our website's branding and colors was also appreciated. The initial setup was super easy to understand and I build out what I was looking for. Ease of use:

The creation of flows is completely visual and intuitive — just drag and drop elements (approvals, emails, conditions, etc.) without needing to program anything.

Automatic integration with forms:

Limitations in complex automations:

When the process requires many conditions, branches, or advanced calculations, the flow can become difficult to manage or may not offer all the necessary features.

Lack of more detailed reports:

The tracking of approvals is good, but the reports and dashboards could be more complete and customizable.

Integrations with restrictions:

Despite having many integrations, some require the use of paid plans or do not allow very deep automations.

Little control over interface and flow design:

Regarding Dropbox integration, it's possible to use fields in the subfolder names so subfolders are created dynamically in Dropbox with names based on the field values.
