What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

Ease of use:

The creation of flows is completely visual and intuitive — just drag and drop elements (approvals, emails, conditions, etc.) without needing to program anything.

Automatic integration with forms:

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Limitations in complex automations:

When the process requires many conditions, branches, or advanced calculations, the flow can become difficult to manage or may not offer all the necessary features.

Lack of more detailed reports:

The tracking of approvals is good, but the reports and dashboards could be more complete and customizable.

Integrations with restrictions:

Despite having many integrations, some require the use of paid plans or do not allow very deep automations.

Little control over interface and flow design:

Regarding Dropbox integration, it's possible to use fields in the subfolder names so subfolders are created dynamically in Dropbox with names based on the field values. I use Jotform Workflows to create conditions that streamline my work, like automatically emailing the marketing team when certain conditions are met, which saves me time. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like Jotform workflows because the drag-and-drop interface makes setup simple and straightforward. Workflows allow us to create proper approval paths, eliminate paper processes, and automatically send notifications for incoming requests. For example, we use a workflow for time-off requests—something that used to take 15 to 30 minutes (or longer) is now handled with a single click from an email. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

If I could improve the workflow, I’d add more reporting options and the ability to sort by approval status. It would be extremely helpful to separate approved items from pending ones, so I can easily see which need attention and which can be exported to Excel for processing by our office team. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I enjoy the ability to have multiple forms created and sent within a specific order with Jotform Workflows. I also utilized the AI customer support to help facilitate my initial workflow, which worked beautifully. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

I don’t necessarily like that I have to create a form or that I can’t change the form after I have placed it in the workflow. I would like to have multiple signers instead of one signer and be able to send the workflow in multiple directions and have auto fill throughout the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

JotForm workflows is used internally to route emails out when customers apply for select options like student discounts.
