We now use this for all our applicants, it looks sleek from a customer experinece standpoint and we have electronic documentation of their application in posterity. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** 2 things: First, when I download a PDF filled out version of the form, it is formatted terribly, with these narrow boxes that have the wording all jumbled. You need to fix that. I used to be able to download an excel version that I could adjust the cell formatting for, but the HIPAA secure version only lets me get a PDF. Secondly, when you program the form, for some sub question types, the date format options are different than at the higher levels, we would like to have one way of formating dates throughout, but that is not possible. **What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?** we use it for customer HiPAA secure insurnace applications. We have noticed an increase in usage with staff members finding new ways to use the forms and add the new features that they are pushing out. After purchasing JotForm, it took no time at all to implement the system and we only had to contact support for a few items. Any time we contacted support they had us going in no time. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** There are no downsides to using Jotform outside of a few bugs here or there. I set up a workflow recently and had challenges - in fact it is still not working properly. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** What I dislike most is the process for setting up is quite cryptic. When I was unable to get the workflow to work properly my requests to support were equally unsuccessful. The issue remains unresolved - even though the workflow is a simple concept and after going through 2 techs. With this new workflow, anyone can request a purchase, and by clicking the right category, it goes directly to the person responsible for approving that purchase. Once that person has approved, the requestor gets notified, and our bookkeeper gets a copy of the approval. We've received lots of great feedback on this new process. The workflow was relatively easy to build once I knew what I wanted it to look like. It's nice that you can duplicate actions and then tweak as needed. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** The one thing I don't like about Workflows, and Jotform in general, is not having the ability to have more than one user on a team without subscribing to Jotform Enterprise. This would cause a major increase to our subscription, which is not somethine we can afford to do. The other thing is, occasionally something weird will happen when I'm building a workflow, and an error will appear. Even if fixed, the error message remains, but the workflow works as intended. Finally, and this isn't a major issue, but for visual appearances, I wish the lines and arrows were easier to move after attatched to the next element. Detaching them and trying to create a new attachment is usually when I start getting error messages popping up. **What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an outdated (paper) expense approval system that was difficult to track. I get complaints all the time from users of our created app and from users of the approval/workflow process. Before Jotform workflows this process required so many emails and so much movement within our AP department as we have to have an approval before we can pay out the invoices. Jotform have provided a lot of guidance and support to help get the most out of the new system. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** The only downside is I'm now wanting to go through all my existing forms and build new workflows into existing processes. **What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?** I built a whole system for expenses. Jotform had a template but I wanted our system to work slightly differently so built it from scratch as I built the form. There is a lot of flexibility and the Starter tier offers high enough limits to be useful to us. Their ticketing process is easy, and the online forums availbale to search for similar issues makes troubleshooting easy.
