Designing forms is easy and intuitive, you just drag and drag-and-drop. There are so many different widgets to choose from, for example e-signatures, QR codes, file uploads and matrix widgets where you can get very specific about the type of information you want to capture. There are also a huge number of templates, but honestly, just designing your own is so easy, that I've never bothered to use them. 2. Each form can become a work flow. For a particular product order form, depending on the customers country approval is automatically routed to the relevant regional manager with automatic customer and back-office notifications. 3. I have found Customer Support amazing. They will usually respond within an hour or so and provide actual working solutions. When you share a copy of the form you are working on, one of their tech support start fixes it for you and the solution is waiting in your inbox. They even do this for you on a free plan! 4. Getting forms working on platoforms can be a nightmare. I use extensively this on Shopify. I has saved so much money, compared to high priced Shopify addons, which are rigid and fixed depending on thhe developers goals. Although Jotform provides a ton of templates, I've never actually used any because they are so easy to make yourself. 2. Customising emails in the workflow could be improved as getting them right was a bit fidly. It would be great if they could use blocks similar to forms. As it is, you need to be pretty good at HTML and CSS, which I'm not.
