What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I love how Jotform Sign simplifies collecting signatures and contact information from our volunteers on multiple documents such as waivers, emergency contact forms, and acknowledgment documents. It makes the entire process seamless and painless, reducing our reliance on physical paper. I also appreciate being able to sort, manage, and file our documents in one place, with full reports and signing audits ensuring timely signatures. The specialized boxes for entering specific information like text, signatures, addresses, and names are fantastic because they help signees understand what information is needed, making it easy for them and seamless for me administratively. The initial setup was straightforward and user-friendly, much more self-explanatory and quick compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

Adding an option to include or swap pages in a document without adding or altering previously signed documents. This would prevent me from having to make a whole new signing form. As well, if there were a way to swap 'owners' of the signing form/documents, so that the account creator can pass off the form to a different email, this would make changing hands simple, and remove the hassle of trying to recreate all forms on a different account AND track down all areas/people that the old form link was sent to. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

What I value most about this tool is how easy it is to create forms. It lets me customize them effectively, and the templates are excellent, so I don’t have to start from scratch each time. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I find Jotform Sign very easy to use for sending links to anyone who needs them, which greatly simplifies the process. It makes things so straightforward and almost impossible for tenants not to complete the forms when we send a link. I believe the ease of completion is the best for everyone involved. Additionally, I think setting it up was pretty easy; we've used it for some time without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

Finding the link to send something was a bit challenging. I may not be finding it correctly, but a form copy link is helpful. I'd like to see a form copy link button easier than I do now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I use Jotform Sign for liability waivers for a course that I teach. Jotform Sign solved the problem of people having to print out paper and forgetting to bring their signed waiver. I don't need to print any extra copies to take in person since all of this is taken care of online ahead of time. It saves a lot of time and trees. It was very easy to set up the waiver and very easy for all of the participants to open and sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I like that with Jotform Sign, I can easily edit and quickly send documents to be signed. I can also resend the same contract in the future to someone else using the same prebuilt structure on the website. It saves me time because I can make minor adjustments to a contract without having to completely reedit the whole form. This is super quick because I can make those changes and send it off to another client or sign it myself without needing to download anything or use any crazy apps. Plus, Jotform Sign is very easy and super quick to set up, not complicated at all as long as you have a basic understanding of how to use a computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

I honestly don't have any real complaints about it right now. I think that as it is, it works very well. The only thing that may be would be helpful, which it may be possible to do already, and I'm just unaware of it, is to actually build the contract right in Jotform from a blank space. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I appreciate using Jotform Sign for its conditional formats, which solve many problems related to information management that other platforms couldn't. The ability to upload documents is another aspect I find particularly beneficial. It allows for uploading in different formats and even taking photos of documents, which is a real advantage.
