Honestly, I don't think I've really ran into any issues. I guess the only thing I would say is possibly pricing. If pricing could be a little less, it would help our business. I like that I can do things remotely with Jotform Sign, allowing me to work with clients without needing to meet in person. Some of the formatting doesn't work very well, especially when I try to have clients enter a phone number in a US format. It was quite weird because mobile numbers are different in the UK and elsewhere in Europe. The editor tends to glitch, which is frustrating. What I see in the editor doesn't always line up with how it looks in real life, particularly when it gets converted to a PDF.
