We send out author contracts. The first signatory on the contract needs to be our admin assistant and the name field automatically populates with their information. It can be changed to the author's name, but it is a manual process that could be better. The fact that it can be changed is why it cannot be set up to have the author's name pulled in automatically.

When the email goes out there is no easily identifying information in the email, so the admin assistant, when sending out multiple contracts has to slow down and pay attention so right story title ends up in the right contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the aspects we appreciate about using Jot form is how it streamlines the process of sending documents to clients and customers for signatures. It enables us to easily create forms and send them out to our clients for their signatures without any hassle. I also value that it generates a file similar to a Google Doc, which allows us to store all our data efficiently without taking up too much storage space in our system. I wouldn’t say that I actively dislike anything about Jot

I love how Jotform Sign makes remote communication and signing much easier, eliminating the need for clients to figure out signing a PDF on their own or find a random website to make forms fillable. What I value most are its integrations—everything flows smoothly without any hiccups. The mobile app for signing contracts from my phone is a big plus, and the flight notifications keep me up to date without stress. The main downside is that the Basic plan has a low signature limit, which ends up forcing me to pay for an upgrade that’s very expensive. Also, when I’m working with large volumes of documents, the page can sometimes start to lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that with Jotform Sign, everything can be handled in one place for our wide range of needs in collecting, storing, and analyzing data from employees and contractors to clients. The numerous integrations are fantastic because they work seamlessly with our other systems without being overwhelming. I use DocuSign for client contracts, because each one has unique information (Client name/address, contract total, etc.) and I don't want hundreds of separate Jotforms. I switched from DocuSign to Jotform Sign because it’s more user-friendly. I find it very efficient, and I like the UI. I use Jotform Sign a lot and the reminders feature is particularly useful. Additionally, I like the AI co-pilot; it helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel like the platform is super big and really overwhelming, and I really only use one part of it because I don’t know how to use the rest. If someone from the company booked a demo call with me and walked me through the different features that would be so helpful. I don’t particularly enjoy how you can’t really white label it. When I send the reminder emails to my clients, Jotform is screaming its brand all over the email. I understand why you guys do that, but I would pay like $300 a month more to have it completely branded my own. Sometimes I get embarrassed sending the Jotform link through email because the URL looks so stupid. The signing order feature I can’t seem to find on Jotform. Like assigning myself first then having someone else sign the doc after. Plus, DocuSign has a way for me to track if they’ve seen the link. Jotform doesn’t. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, we use JotForm Sign as a “bulk link.” Instead of sending forms individually to each client, we share one link that lets us use default templates and automate parts of our process. The interface is very easy to use and feels similar to Docusign and Boldsign, and the integration with Zapier is also straightforward.

Many of our clients appreciate how quick and easy it is to fill out the form. I find it reliable and fast to put together, and overall we get our money’s worth. Personally, I didn’t need any training or help to get set up, but the Customer Service reps are quick to respond and friendly whenever we do need assistance. It is an easy, online way to create forms and get signatures from our partners as well as customers. It is user friendly for both myself creating the forms as well as those filling out the forms. I am able to automate jobs that used to take me hours, and being able to integrate with my Google Drive for organization has been a game changer.

We have had some glitches - we use forms during our busy summer season and there have been a couple of times where the forms were not available/not working which definitely puts a kink in our operations. This is a risk of doing things online. But overall, we have been very happy with the service and any problems we've had have been resolved by the support team fairly quickly.

This has saved us money and storage space as we used to pay to print forms and had to keep them on file in boxes.

I have been able to customize the forms as needed to fit our needs. Other software that I have tried didn't give me as much flexibility.

I really like how easy it is to verify documents before sending them out. The preview feature lets you see exactly how the document will look to signers, and the field validation ensures nothing is missed. Sometimes the mobile preview isn’t as polished as the desktop version, which can make final checks on phones less reliable.
