We use Jotform Sign in a business workflow to send client agreements/SOWs and onboarding documents for signature. I like how quickly we can start from a template, add signer fields, send a signing request, and track progress from sent to completed. While Jotform Sign is generally intuitive and effective, one minor drawback I’ve noticed is the monthly limit on the number of signatures in the lower-tier plans. I use Jotform Sign whenever I need to collect signatures, whether it’s through my website or automations with Monday.com. I love how easy it is to integrate Jotform on my site and via Make.com for automations. It's great that I can collect the signed PDF and get submission details via a webhook. The user experience for those signing is also excellent. The ease of use is probably what I like most. Setting up a new document and adding the signature field is so easy, and it collects signatures and emails them after submission. Viewing all responses in the UI is great, and I like that it's easy to export the signed PDF from there. Jotform Sign is simple and straightforward, as it should be. I think it would be great if we could customize the emails that go out automatically with Jotform Sign. If I remember correctly, we can customize autoresponder emails and such, but not Jotform Sign emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Jotform Sign is easy to send to people. It's super convenient as part of my Jotform subscription, which saves me money because I don't have to pay for a different app or program for signing. It's also easy to use because I can invite people to sign by sending an invite to their email with a link, allowing them to easily sign the form with just one click. I found the Jotform Sign experience difficult because it wasn't flexible enough. I couldn't customize the form as well as I wanted to. There's not as many features available for the form as there are with other forms in Jotform. It would be way better if you could customize the Jotform Sign forms as easily as you can customize regular Jotform forms. I use Jotform Sign for all my contracts, credit repair, funding, and affiliate purposes. It's way easier to use compared to PandaDoc, I can just send the link and the client gets it. I like how easy it is to use. I appreciate that I can place the link anywhere and people can sign it. I can share the link in a public place, and people can sign it. I find the copy and paste function when I'm creating a form to be a bit lacking. Right now, I can only import a PDF, and it would be helpful if I could copy and paste documents to edit them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about JotForm Sign is how frictionless it makes the entire document-signing process. I can create a simple, shareable link and send it directly to a client without requiring them to create an account or re-enter information. That alone removes unnecessary steps and dramatically increases completion rates.

There isn’t much I dislike about the platform. One feature I would love to see added is the ability to automatically send completed forms to a secondary email address in addition to the primary one on file. Things to improve in Jetform are integrations. Maybe there are a couple of integrations that could be worked out. For example I set up a form that collects payments, I integrated it with Stripe and I added a product. The thing is in the product there's a one-time setup fee, so it's a bit challenging. The large amount of controls you have - filling out a PDF, emailing it to people, document signing, etc. How easy it is to set up and all of the integrations it has - like to Google Drive. It eliminates the need to use zapier to connect with automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
