I use the e-forms feature that has been pivotal to my photography business. I send my e-contracts for review and initial/signature and I also use the e-form feature for e-photo waivers for my clients and parents to sign. I like that Jotform Sign is easy to use and complete. It allows me to automate getting all the waivers signed and sends me completed forms, saving me the time of having to send them out to each person individually. I think that sometimes the platform is difficult to navigate. It's hard to find where my form is because it's not necessarily under My Templates. Sometimes I have to really look for it. The entire setup of Jotform Sign is poor. Each document has its own inbox where the documents are stored to show their status. While I can understand why that setup may sound good, in practice it is extremely difficult to see all my documents and the standing of each client at a glance. Many times I would be looking for a clients document to see if it was signed and because we have multiple different documents, I couldn’t find theirs and would have them just sign another document in person in paper. Another big issue is that Jotform doesn’t allow you to annotate an existing document so I was not able to upload one document (let’s say a consent form) and make changes to it like adding a price. I would have to save 10 different documents to reflect the different prices and then upload each document separately. Its extremely time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use, especially being able to prefill forms using smart links so our internal CMS can send links to individuals without needing them to struggle in the field to find the required information. It's really convenient that we can use templates in our in-house software to send data and populate the forms. The setup was quick, and Jotform staff were prompt in offering assistance via email. I really appreciate the virtual trainings that Jotform offers, helping us learn how to use features like AI bots effectively. very easy to use and you can make lots of different forms and layouts. The pricing is okay, compared to other sites its not too bar. It works very well, no glitching. The AI tools work great when you have a quick question. Getting set up was a little hard with no experience. Thankfully I knew someone who knew how to use this site so they helped me. I love how easy it is to put a form together. If you’re not sure where to start, the templates and AI help are brilliant. You can create something very basic or build a more detailed form, depending on what you need. The guides are clear, and I haven’t felt overwhelmed, even with everything it’s capable of. The integrations are useful too, especially for keeping information organised and reducing manual admin, and the forms have performed reliably for us. It’s also great that, as a small organisation, we can achieve everything we need on the free plan. And if we ever needed more capability, upgrading wouldn’t cost the earth either. The main limitation for us is the number of forms available on the free plan. As a small charity, upgrading isn’t always feasible, so we have to be quite selective about which forms we create and keep active.
