I really like the ease of use of Jotform Sign. It's very easy for me to just pull a PDF in that I created, and Jotform automatically finds the fields that need to be fillable. It's also easy for the end user who just clicks on the email to sign it really quickly. Having a free option is great as well because if we don't have to send too many documents in a month, we can do it all for free. I think everything is great. It would be nice to have a bit more forms on the free option or even have an option that's not as expensive as the cheapest option currently, because we don't have a lot of forms to sign, but sometimes we're just a little bit over the free tier. I appreciate Jotform Sign for streamlining the registration process by making it easier for people to fill out and submit forms, which ensures we have accurate information. Our registration processes usually include both forms and sign documents, so it would be nice to have a way to better streamline the registration process. The way we have to have it set up now, it's easy for people to miss a step or two and then we have to follow up with people to get everything we need. Right now, we have to embed the sign document into the form, but there's not a way to make sure people fill the sign document before finishing the form. I find Jotform Sign extremely easy to use, which makes it a lot more user-friendly than what I used before. It's easy to create forms and to send out links for guests to sign, which is great for my tour company. I really like that it's easy to correct mistakes when creating a new form. I love that I can organize everything into a separate sheet, so I know exactly who has signed the waivers. I also appreciate getting an email every time someone fills out the form with their name, making it super simple to match the guest manifest with the waivers before the tour begins. I like the ease of use of Jotform Sign. It's very simple to understand, and even our people on-site can understand it easily.
