The biggest drawback is workflow flexibility. It works very well for straightforward document signing, but organizations with complex approval processes or advanced document management needs may find the available workflow options somewhat limited. Simple to use! In a world where everything feels like it takes 293820 minutes to learn and/or use, Jotform makes it easy. Within a few minutes, I understood how to upload and create documents.

The performance is out of this world, and my clients really appreciate how straightforward it is.

Support—while it’s mainly AI—still answers the most important questions without having to wait for a “real” person.

The pricing meets my needs. We probably could have been fine with the free version, but I wanted to make sure we didn’t run out of “credits” at a time when timing was most important.

Storage, Onboarding, and Integrations when it comes to allowing our business to function with the help of Jotforms. The discount we got from the start is also helpful for microenterprises like us. And it helps boost performance done in the shop while it handles other processes that would need human work. I am disappointed with Jotform Sign due to its tendency to crash, which disrupts my workflow. Additionally, the time it takes to edit a page is longer than expected, making adjustments cumbersome. I really appreciate the ability to select the fields that I want the customer to sign and set the order in which they should sign. It's not very easy to find the esign form. You first have to go into your workspace, and it's complicated to find all my eSign documents that are out there. Jotform's most helpful too is their ability to handle complex plugins like connecting to my Emil client and creating a customer profile through automation, and tools such as the ability for my customers to upload files from their computer to my form. I do think that Jotform requires a learning curve to get the most out of it, but it's free trial is a good introduction to test. It can be highly customizable, and their help center is an aid to figure out complex functionality, but at times I am left with unanswered questions.
