What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I like that Jotform Sign lets me email through form sign and that the inbox is very clear about whether a signature is still needed. It's great that it sends notifications to both the recipient and the sender. I appreciate the customization options available for setting up what needs to be signed and which fields need to be filled out for completion. Having everything organized in one place is extremely valuable and helps me manage multiple contracts and signatures throughout the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

The only thing I can think of is being able to edit a document inside of Jotform Sign. There have been times when I have seen a spelling error or some other sort of error that I cannot edit because it is a PDF that I'm uploading to be signed. So if there was some sort of editing capability to the actual document and text in the document, that would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I use Jotform Sign to distribute PDF documents requiring a signature from participants in a research study. I really like how easy to use Jotform Sign is, as it is very straightforward and doesn't require much time to understand the process. It's intuitive, which is great. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

Being able to use the board for onboarding calls with new clients is efficient and easy. I can follow up and amend the board as needed, organising everything based on how far I’ve progressed with each client’s onboarding, which keeps on top of my work load and who I have contacted. One of the best form builder I have used so far. I am a regular user of Jotform, I like their document signing very helpful than any existing product's in the market. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I like that Jotform Sign keeps all the signed agreements in one place, which solves the problem of having to print off documents to sign them. I really appreciate that it allows vendors to view and sign the agreement when they submit their application, instead of me having to send it to them. It's also great that multiple people can sign one document instead of me having to send a new link to each individual. I've found it fairly easy to set up and use, which has been really helpful.
