I love how Jotform Sign smooth integration into typical forms elevates them. The settings are decently helpful to customize it and make it fit aesthetically as well. Attaching files is a big thing that Jotform does without requiring guests to sign in, and depositing responses neatly into a Drive folder is slick and helpful. I use Jotform Sign whenever I need to collect signatures, whether it’s through my website or automations with Monday.com. I love how easy it is to integrate Jotform on my site and via Make.com for automations. It's great that I can collect the signed PDF and get submission details via a webhook. The user experience for those signing is also excellent. The ease of use is probably what I like most. Setting up a new document and adding the signature field is so easy, and it collects signatures and emails them after submission. Viewing all responses in the UI is great, and I like that it's easy to export the signed PDF from there. Jotform Sign is simple and straightforward, as it should be. I think it would be great if we could customize the emails that go out automatically with Jotform Sign. If I remember correctly, we can customize autoresponder emails and such, but not Jotform Sign emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Jotform Sign for all my contracts, credit repair, funding, and affiliate purposes. It's way easier to use compared to PandaDoc, I can just send the link and the client gets it. I like how easy it is to use. I appreciate that I can place the link anywhere and people can sign it. I can share the link in a public place, and people can sign it. I find the copy and paste function when I'm creating a form to be a bit lacking. Right now, I can only import a PDF, and it would be helpful if I could copy and paste documents to edit them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about JotForm Sign is how frictionless it makes the entire document-signing process. There isn’t much I dislike about the platform. One feature I would love to see added is the ability to automatically send completed forms to a secondary email address in addition to the primary one on file. Things to improve in Jetform are integrations. Maybe there are a couple of integrations that could be worked out. For example I set up a form that collects payments, I integrated it with Stripe and I added a product. The thing is in the product there's a one-time setup fee, so it's a bit challenging. The large amount of controls you have - filling out a PDF, emailing it to people, document signing, etc. How easy it is to set up and all of the integrations it has - like to Google Drive. It eliminates the need to use zapier to connect with automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work for a veterinary hospital and while we don't need a ton of signed documents it has really helped with our compliance on getting treatment plans signed. It's very easy to just upload the treatment plan, add a few boxes, and send it off. Even our most computer challenged staff can use it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know some of this is the level of plan we have but I wish it was allowed/easier for more than 1 person to be logged in sending docs at the same time even on the lower plans. As a busy practice, sometimes we only have like 30 minutes of the day to send out a bunch of treatment plans and it would go faster and easier if 2 or 3 staff members could do them all at once rather than making 1 person do it. You can set up a signing order and a completed, signed contract is shared with everyone automatically.

The need for special PDF tools was eliminated while still providing a locked PDF final contract.

We send out author contracts. The first signatory on the contract needs to be our admin assistant and the name field automatically populates with their information. It can be changed to the author's name, but it is a manual process that could be better. The fact that it can be changed is why it cannot be set up to have the author's name pulled in automatically.

When the email goes out there is no easily identifying information in the email, so the admin assistant, when sending out multiple contracts has to slow down and pay attention so right story title ends up in the right contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
