What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I use Jotform Sign to have our parade participants read rules and sign a Hold Harmless document. I like that Jotform Sign works with the full Jotform experience, so I don't have to use multiple programs. I really appreciate the "new" AI experience with it as it makes things easier. I can literally talk what I want into the program, and it will create what I need, which makes it very fast. It emails me and the person signing up a copy when complete, which is super helpful. There are so many capabilities; if you can think it, it probably does it. I remember the initial setup being simple, and with AI, it’s probably easier now. I also enjoy using it with Jotform Forms. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

Its great! I love the AI tool function! I was able to quickly edit forms. I really like the tags I can save on each form which tracks my progress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing thus far- everything has been great.

What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I like how Jotform Sign makes paperwork easy and maintains a clear paper trail, ensuring security compliance and a safe place for keeping information. It's very organized, easy to use, and accessible both for users and admins, which makes signing documents like W-2 forms much simpler. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

The forms are very easy to create and use, and there are plenty of options for customizing fields. I also appreciate the settings available, since they let me tailor each form to the exact needs I’m looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

I wish there were a way to edit a PDF after I upload it for signing. Sometimes, after I’ve already added all the fields for the signer, I’ll notice a tiny typo. Instead of being able to correct it within Jotform Sign, I have to go back, edit the document elsewhere, and reupload it—then re-enter all the fields again from scratch. The Sign Builder does not allow you to customize an uploaded document. If you want to have a document you can edit, we suggests using a Sign Template as it is customizable to your preference. Simplicity without sacrificing functionality. I can upload an existing PDF, place signature fields in seconds, and send it to anyone, they don't need an account or app to sign. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

Jotform has simplified many steps for our baseball organization. Not only is it very user friendly but it also makes collecting information, data, payments or signatures look professional. No longer does our organization have to print, distribute, collect and manually input information. With one online form we can do it all in one place. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

We were an all paper organization (nonprofit) until about two years ago. JotForm has been a huge blessing for us. It has allowed us to streamline a lot of our processes. JotForm Sign - in particular - as we use it for signing contracts with our ice rink, our coaches, and more. It's easy to created a e-sign document and it as great tracking history. What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

I wish there was a way to do bulk contracts. For example - when we send out contracts to the coaches... the contracts are exactly the same except the name of the coach and the team they are coaching. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I love that it is simple to use and intuitive. I also love that it has features available to all levels that are only available as a higher premium on similar software. It offers features that allow Jotform to be a "one stop shop" instead of having to integrate multiple software programs to get the desired end result. This includes encrypted forms, signable documents, and simple, quick downloads of completed forms into shareable documents. The downloadable forms are editable before download, so you are only including the components into the document that are pertinent to the receiver. Signable documents are able to be downloaded with an audit trail. All in all, this was one of the best changes our company has made this year. It did take some time to move our current forms into Jotform, however integrating it with our needs has been very easy and if you have used similar software there is very little learning curve. We use jotform almost daily even as a smaller company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

I think the biggest challenge using Jotform is the limitation on the number of forms you can create at the different plan tiers. The nature of our business means we have many different forms that are critical to what we do but may be used only seldomly. Their current pricing tier only minimally increases the number of forms you have but has large jumps in the number of responses. We do not have large response numbers, so it would not make sense for us to go up a tier just to have the ability to make a small number of additional forms. It is frustrating to have to create a form from scratch only when needed in order to meet the form limitations of our plan. A few "perfect world" changes I would love, would be font choices, subtitles/descriptions on each type of question, and being able to add a seat without having to be the highest tier customer. These are definitely minor compared to the expanded options we have though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
