I am disappointed with Jotform Sign due to its tendency to crash, which disrupts my workflow. Additionally, the time it takes to edit a page is longer than expected, making adjustments cumbersome. It's not very easy to find the esign form. You first have to go into your workspace, and it's complicated to find all my eSign documents that are out there. Jotform's most helpful too is their ability to handle complex plugins like connecting to my Emil client and creating a customer profile through automation, and tools such as the ability for my customers to upload files from their computer to my form. I do think that Jotform requires a learning curve to get the most out of it, but it's free trial is a good introduction to test. It can be highly customizable, and their help center is an aid to figure out complex functionality, but at times I am left with unanswered questions. I use the e-forms feature that has been pivotal to my photography business. I send my e-contracts for review and initial/signature and I also use the e-form feature for e-photo waivers for my clients and parents to sign. Jotform helps me all of my e-contracts in one olace as well as informing me when contracts are signed. Jotform also keeps all of my e-waivers per team all in one place! I like that Jotform Sign is easy to use and complete. It allows me to automate getting all the waivers signed and sends me completed forms, saving me the time of having to send them out to each person individually. I think that sometimes the platform is difficult to navigate. It's hard to find where my form is because it's not necessarily under My Templates. Sometimes I have to really look for it. I love the ease of use, especially being able to prefill forms using smart links so our internal CMS can send links to individuals without needing them to struggle in the field to find the required information.
