I use Jotform Sign to execute contracts with clients, and I love that it allows for the simple collection of signatures on one document. It guides clients through the required information, ensuring that they don't return contracts with missing fields. The process becomes seamless once a form is set up. Having all of my contracts on Jotform helps me ensure I am using the correct version of a contract, as it simplifies keeping track of the current version. It would be nice if I could edit the underlying document within Jotform instead of having to upload a new document. I have multiple companies using the same form. If I discover an error in the document, I have to repeat the form creation process with all of those forms. Jotform Sign is a nice benefit that can serve as a simple electronic envelope / signature tool, or also support larger/multi-stage signature processes. The one feature I don't see that similar softwares have is an option to replicate or upload a real signature on the documents. I use Jotform Sign for e-signatures and fillable form packets. The feedback I get from signers is that it's much easier to use, and they can access it on their mobile device. I love knowing immediately when a signature is completed. I also utilize the 'send reminder email' feature, which is helpful to remind stragglers who aren't on top of submitting their documents, and it provides a paper trail for me to see when the last attempt to contact was. What I love most about this tool is how easy it is to export everything to PDF. It’s also fantastic that it automatically sends an email when someone signs and completes the contract. I think it could be improved in the sense that the person making the forms should be able to sign those forms in the Jotform portal. And tracking results in the portal could be easier. I like that Jotform Sign is much more affordable than DocuSign, and it's easier to use with simpler integration and automation. I find the mobile app not great since it glitches a lot. Opening documents often fails, and I can't see all settings. The app is not really necessary and is just a minor convenience, but still, it's buggy. Also, the document field detection seemed to fail. It either didn't detect anything with very clear fields or detected some but incorrectly. I like how easy it is to create and customize forms with Jotform Sign. The document signing feature is user-friendly, which makes signing up new clients simple.
