I use Jotform Sign to execute contracts with clients, and I love that it allows for the simple collection of signatures on one document. It guides clients through the required information, ensuring that they don't return contracts with missing fields. The process becomes seamless once a form is set up. Having all of my contracts on Jotform helps me ensure I am using the correct version of a contract, as it simplifies keeping track of the current version. The initial setup was easy, and I just needed to try a couple of test forms to understand the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if I could edit the underlying document within Jotform instead of having to upload a new document. I have multiple companies using the same form. If I discover an error in the document, I have to repeat the form creation process with all of those forms. It is easier now that I understand the process, but having to repeat the field creation and placement for each form can be irritating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Brett,
Thanks for your great review. We're delighted to hear that Jotform Sign has helped streamline your contract process. We appreciate your feedback about editing the sign documents. The Sign Builder does not allow you to customize an uploaded document. If you want to have a document you can edit we suggest using a Sign Template as it is customizable to your preference.
