I didn't like that the signature did not have a "stamp" next to it to confirm it was electronically signed. Other electronic signatures (e.g., with DocuSign or Adobe) include a date stamp in small font that states it was electronically-signed. What I like best about Jotform Sign is how easy it is to create and manage eSignature workflows without needing technical support. As an account manager, I value speed and simplicity, and Jotform Sign makes it straightforward to build documents, add signers, and track progress in real time. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, and the ability to automate reminders helps keep deals moving without constant follow-up. What do you dislike about Jotform Sign? One downside is that some of the more advanced customization and workflow features can feel a bit limited compared to more enterprise-focused eSignature tools. For example, setting up highly complex approval chains or conditional logic isn’t always as flexible as I’d like. There can also be a bit of a learning curve when trying to fully optimize templates and integrations. We were an all paper organization (nonprofit) until about two years ago. JotForm has been a huge blessing for us. It has allowed us to streamline a lot of our processes. JotForm Sign - in particular - as we use it for signing contracts with our ice rink, our coaches, and more. It's easy to created a e-sign document and it as great tracking history. For example - when we send out contracts to the coaches... the contracts are exactly the same except the name of the coach and the team they are coaching. I wish there was a batch way to do this. I love that it is simple to use and intuitive. I also love that it has features available to all levels that are only available as a higher premium on similar software. It offers features that allow Jotform to be a "one stop shop" instead of having to integrate multiple software programs to get the desired end result. This includes encrypted forms, signable documents, and simple, quick downloads of completed forms into shareable documents. The downloadable forms are editable before download, so you are only including the components into the document that are pertinent to the receiver. Signable documents are able to be downloaded with an audit trail. All in all, this was one of the best changes our company has made this year. It did take some time to move our current forms into Jotform, however integrating it with our needs has been very easy and if you have used similar software there is very little learning curve. We use jotform almost daily even as a smaller company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Jotform Sign? I think the biggest challenge using Jotform is the limitation on the number of forms you can create at the different plan tiers. The nature of our business means we have many different forms that are critical to what we do but may be used only seldomly. Their current pricing tier only minimally increases the number of forms you have but has large jumps in the number of responses. We do not have large response numbers, so it would not make sense for us to go up a tier just to have the ability to make a small number of additional forms. It is frustrating to have to create a form from scratch only when needed in order to meet the form limitations of our plan. A few "perfect world" changes I would love, would be font choices, subtitles/descriptions on each type of question, and being able to add a seat without having to be the highest tier customer. I love how Jotform Sign smooth integration into typical forms elevates them. The settings are decently helpful to customize it and make it fit aesthetically as well. Attaching files is a big thing that Jotform does without requiring guests to sign in, and depositing responses neatly into a Drive folder is slick and helpful.
