The ease of creating forms and documents with the form builder/templates. I think my favorite use for Jotform is to collect occasional signatures because you can do so for free. Our organization requires scholarship award recipients to sign acceptance agreements and for our board to sign confidentiality and other forms. It's so much easier and less time consuming and cumbersome--especially for our students--to not have to print, sign, and physically scan something back to us. I like that Jotform Sign is part of a bigger system, allowing us to add multiple layers and automations with apps like sheets and DocuSign, making workflows easy to manage. I appreciate its flexibility, making it simple to send forms from draft. I also find it very easy to keep track of signed documents across the company using sheets and workflows. What do you dislike about Jotform Sign? I've found the actual forms a bit funky when trying to customize and add signatures. It's taken a few versions to get the signatures and everything in the right place and order, and sometimes I've had trouble getting that flow to work properly. I can literally talk what I want into the program, and it will create what I need, which makes it very fast. It emails me and the person signing up a copy when complete, which is super helpful. This is a bit cumbersome, especially if there's a tiny edit that needs to be made. It's more work for me to fix in the original document and annoying that I can't reupload the document. At the very least, you should be able to reupload a PDF. Ideally, there would be an editing function for text within the document. A little complicated. I'm pretty sure I had to find a tutorial.
