**What do you like best about Jotform Mobile Forms?**

Quick and reliable forms have never been more straightforward. You just drag and drop what you need, and that's pretty much it. There are quite a few templates to choose from, which saved my team so much time. We mostly use it for customer feedback and order forms, and our customers say they're short and sweet.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Mobile Forms?**

The drag-and-drop builder is nice, but it feels a bit clunky sometimes. Like when you're trying to rearrange questions, the elements don't always snap into place smoothly. Sometimes I have to try 2-3 times to get something where I want it.

**What problems is Jotform Mobile Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turned all our paper forms into digital ones
Everyone can find forms instantly on their computer
No more trying to read messy handwriting
Saved so much space (goodbye filing cabinets!)
Can search through old submissions super easily
