What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

Using JotFrom has been a great addition to our company. It has allowed our company to increase productivity and streamline our processes while meeting our clients' needs and remaining HIPAA compliant, all at a reasonable cost and with an easy-to-use platform. What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

It would be beneficial if JotForm automatically sent completed forms via secure email versus logging in to the system every time a client completed a HIPAA compliant form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using JotForm Tables has allowed our company to increase client contact, navigate the pandemic, keep people safe and propel the company to a paperless process. For HIPAA, email notifications and autoresponders are still possible, but you have to pay attention to the information that you want to share. By default, all form information is not shown on email but you can voluntarily turn off PHI on the fields if you want to show them. What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

What I like best is that I can create a form specifically tailor to my needs. Whether the solution is in a pre made widget, or through conditions I set in the settings. I can also look up very easily solutions to things that I may not know how to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

I like how the table color codes the different options or answers. If you put a field in your form for signatures or upload a file, there will be a thumbnail of the image in the table for that entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

If you create a long question in your form, that question is the header of your table. If you export to excel or csv, it is too much information. I see there is an option to rename the column, but I have tried it to see whether it will change the content in my form. If I export the table to excel, I usually short the header in excel. I'd like to clarify base on my tests, whenever you export your submissions data to Excel on the Tables page, the column names in the exported Excel will always follow your field labels like they used to. I understand that you're renaming the columns manually in the Tables, could you please confirm if this is what you're also expecting when you export it on Excel? But certainly, you can temporarily rename your field labels too when you export your submissions data to Excel. It is also possible to rename the column names in the exported Excel file. What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

Jotform was a great program already, our go-to to collect data from event attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and clients. The addition of Tables was just the infusion it needed. You can now add data into your table with a number of options such as dropdowns, images, and checkboxes. This takes the data Jotform collects and transforms it into a flexible tool to add important information to the data collected by your form. The layout is clean and color-coding ability improves readability. Another great feature is the ability to link tables to each other. For any using airtable; it is airtable light, and sometimes, that is all you need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

I really wish it had the option to customize views for client (filter, group, sort) and then share via a link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Tables solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform helps keep our inboxes empty. For example, we have forms that initiate client project requests, ie. the launch of a training, change to a website, or even check request form. We used Zapier to connect with Asana, and when a new form comes in, a task is automatically created. We handle hundreds of speakers and use jotform to collect all of their information, including headshots, bios, PowerPoints. It's a one stop shop! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the views, those are actually possible in the Tables. You can customize the views by utilizing the filter, group, and sort features in the Tables before sharing them with your client. What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

The automation of the system and the reports available to help us track COVID reports. Being able to send daily reminders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

We usually send an email reminder to the parents to fill the form daily. The limitation to five emails has forced me to work around the system creating 3 groups and I will have to duplicate the form if we have more students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right now, there's a limit of 5 recipient emails on the "Schedule a Reminder Email" feature in the Publish tab for all accounts. Your workaround using a group email is a good one, or you can integrate your form to any of the 3rd party email marketing apps like MailChimp, ConstantContact, GetResponse, and more https://www.jotform.com/integrations/category/emailing so you can also create email reminders on these web services.
