"Great tool for Surveys"

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

I love how I was able to survey numerous stakeholders and get the data reports in excel. I also really liked how I was able to include the respondent's signatures and IDs so to make it more valid and access the data much easier. I found that the program had many features that can be tailored to the needs of the company and the desired outcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

I disliked how I was unable to manipulate the table where the respondents could not respond to more than 1 choice per row. In addition, I like to speak to a live person rather than sending messages numerous times to get the assistance that I need to learn how to use the program. It would have been easier to speak to a live person to resolve my issues faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jotform Tables:

I recommend using this program if you want to receive a report, confidentiality, many options and features to use for your survey, and a place where the respondents can include their signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Tables solving and how is that benefiting you?

The survey has been posted for my respondents. I kept the table where the respondents were able to choose more than one response per row. I would have preferred if the table offered one choice or did not repeat the choices which are what happened. Overall, the program has more advantages than disadvantages but I would prefer to manipulate it so the respondents do not repeat responses. I really liked how I was able to include a signature on the form and that I can use the respondent's ID onto the form. This made it easier to collect the data. Regarding the table, if you are referring to the Input Table field, you have to change the field type from Radio Button to Checkbox to allow users to check more than 1 option per row. Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support at this time because we believe we provide better support through our support system where we can provide you full guides with screenshots, links, sometimes video tutorials, and able to take time to diagnose the problem without putting you on hold.

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

I could learn it quickly and change things on the fly. It suits my needs and now that I have learned it, I can apply it in many other aspects of my busines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

Appointment scheduling needs enhancement. It does not offer enough flexibility. Not able to create different availability for different days or into the future. For example, once you select appointment intervals, the same needs to apply for each day of the calendar you offer that service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"JotForm Tables has been a game changer for us!"

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

Seeing the data in a clean chart view and being able to make specific tabs of partial data is fantastic! We have just discovered too how to use the features of combining other form submissions into the tab views of a main form. It has improved a lot about how we were handling data before in JF, by downloading and working from spreadsheets. Now we've moved most formulations and extra fields into the original form and have multiple users working within the Tables to keep things squared away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

We still use Google integration sheets because we have an invoicing program that runs from there, so we do wish that changes made in the Table (rather than resubmitted as a full Edit) would be reflected on the sheet automatically. And I am not sure we have been able to get fields that have calculations to recalculate when we change a related field in the Table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Unfortunately, inline edits on the Tables will not trigger the Google Sheets Integration but it would be nice to have a sync feature in the Tables that would automatically sync the data to the integrated sheets. I have opened a feature request about that in our support system here https://www.jotform.com/answers/2911801. Once this is implemented, we'll inform you here. Regarding the calculation, you can perform calculations right on your form, guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form. Ease and quickness of development - we use Survey Monkey and it's painfully complicated at times and slow - We invented a whole product line that netted us over $80,000, and client loves the product - they use Jotforms and said we ve saw someone use jotforms like this. The integrations, today we use several as the integration for Google spreadsheets, MailChimp.

This has helped our customer service flow.

Just to clarify, there are two sharing permission levels you can choose when you share your Tables. You can share it as Read-Only so your Tables can be viewed but can't be edited, or as Collaborator which comes with edit permission.
