What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

It may sound weird, but I haven't actually found anything I don't like about JotForm yet. Maybe some day I'll try to have it do something that is can't - but so far, it's been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Tables solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use JotForm for my customer agreements form and contributor applications. Without getting too complex, I'll just say that I have people who want to work with me fill out an application that helps to self-qualify them. Those who are a fit, are sent to my checkout page and those who are not are invited to a call to discuss alternatives. I also use it for my joint-venture partners to sign up and promote my programs via email. They agree to specific mailing dates and more - all on my JotForm. The Table allows me to review all participant material at a glance, making it easy to see what needs to be done next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Danny,

Thanks for your feedback. I believe our Tables can help you achieve a CRM-like ecosystem. In essence, our Tables is a spreadsheet with structured rules and formatted columns so with that rules and format options, you can build a simple CRM, tracking tools, and etc. Here are example Table CRM templates that you can start with https://www.jotform.com/table-templates/category/crm.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a feature in the Tables that would allow you to search a person's details across multiple forms in one go but you can connect multiple tables from different forms into a certain form so you can easily search a person from those tables in once place. What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

The platform is simple to use for non-technical people, yet has many features that make it useful for advanced or not-so-small-sized organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

Some of their limits (API, submissions, etc.) are not clear to understand. So you might end up paying for a subscription level that you dont really need. I would just say to ask or make sure you know what subscription level you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Tables solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using the forms to collect registration information for our small school. Without having a full registration system, JotForms allows us to build forms to collect registration information, and the APIs allow us to programatically access the data and make it available and "pushed" into other systems. "Jot forms helps me stay organized!"

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

It helps me stay organized with all the new client intakes. I know where everything is and if I need a different form, all I have to do is a simple click, and I m back to the main page with all the documents are organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"OUR SAVIOR, JOTFORM"

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

Since the 1990's, our office has been completing everything on paper. Starting in 2019, we have been slowly transitioning into a paperless office. But when COVID hit, we had no choice but to do so immediately. JotForm saved our lives in the sense that we would not have been able to operate throughout the pandemic without it. JotForm allowed us to create and sign forms electronically and eliminate paper altogether. Jotform Tables was also a nice addition in the sense that Google Sheets and Dropbox would not work for us. The JotForm team is doing a really great job, and I can't see ourselves ever switching over to something else. THANK YOU, JOTFORM! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I used JotForm as a registration portal to a virtual event"

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

I liked how it was easy to add the question as a block as well as the plugins which allowed me to connect my Mailchimp account to auto send emails when people signed up. I also enjoyed how I was able to easily track the number of visitors to my forms and see where they are located so that I could then inform my marketing team on where to advertise more. I also enjoyed how I could see where the people register for my event were located as it gave me a better idea of who my target audience was and how I could potentially accommodate them to make my event more inclusive (ie not host a discussion at 4:00 PM est and a person located in Asia would have to stay up late or vise versa). Otherwise, I really like how I could use Jotforms to create a simple but visual report which I could use to present general statistics about the event to the rest of the volunteers who have helped with the event. All in all, I was very please with JotForms and its simplicity to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

I disliked how the search feature when reviewing the submission, sometimes it would bring up the wrong submission or not bring a submission up even though I saw that the submission previously existed. Also when we were initially debating to use JotForms or not, one thing that was against the usage was the price as we are located in Canada and are not-for-profit organizations. So maybe have some sort of discount for not-for-profits or reduce the cost of the bronze plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was helping me track where my participants are located so that I could find better times for events so that everyone could attend. Please give us more details on how we could replicate the problem at https://www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can further investigate. So far, searching from keywords shows accurate search results. Searching with submission ID also shows the existing submission as expected.

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

With Jotform Tables, I like how I can see all my results in one go and organize them without downloading a spreadsheet. There are also multiple views/tabs to help with organization. I also like how the form is built out to contain form data and allows me to edit, see the documents submitted and add my own columns/rows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

The more fields you have on your form, the harder it is to see the data. Sometimes there is no column for the question. There is also a lack of a zoom option and really depends on scrolling. The form also doesn't properly show attachments as well as I wish it did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jotform Tables:

I recommend that those who want to use JotForm Tables, to know how complicated you want your forms. Keep your forms simple if you really want to use JotForm Tables well. The more complicated the fields, the less the Tables can help you with. I was able to get the data I need without actually saving the sheet on my computer. As the table is attributed directly to your forms, you can also download the respective items without needing to have connect them. Thanks for sharing your positive experience using JotForm. Our Tables works similar to Google Sheets where fields are displayed in columns so it is normal to scroll down below to see more of your data or scroll to the left to view more field columns. This is normal if you have too many submissions data and too many form fields. However, if you want a better view of your submissions data without having to scroll to the left, then that's what Jotform Inbox is for. JotForm Inbox is an email-esque inbox that gives you more control over how your view and sort your form submissions. This displays each of your submission's data on a single page so you don't have to scroll to the left. Alternatively, you can use this standalone app http://searchdestroy.jotform.io/ that is designed for this purpose. You can use this app to search submissions from your entire submissions or from a selected form and delete them.
