There is a link available, but I'd like it to work more dynamically and allow, for example, pulling a certain date or information from a Google Sheet or Doc for announcements or upcoming dates into a templated announcement form. JotForm is easy to use. Whether you are looking for apps or any of the other services they have. The App feature is by far one of the BEST things about the platform. It has become a vital part of our day to day. Boards is great, could have some more features, but the overall function is very helpful. Support could be a little better. The few times I have needed it, they never really answered my question or problem. I really want more features for boards, like email notifications when you receive an assigned task and the ability to add it to the app! The Apps, while a great feature, could use some more functionality. I would love to see more customization, the ability to embed iFrames (this is currently available, but it never works), the ability to add links to the menu, and customization of how the cards look. I love that adding artificial intelligence to Jotform Apps has made it easier and faster to respond to requests, with free versions of the software allowing anyone to try it. I tried it in creating a program for employees where they can register attendance and departure online, and it was very useful, especially with the feature of linking attendance and departure to the employee's location. I like that Jotform Apps is quick and easy to use. It's really nice that I can connect any Google Form to an app pretty quickly, which makes it easier for the Registered Behavior Technicians and caregivers to get to the Google Form link I've set up for them. I do not like that there are big advertisements with it. I also wish I could customize the app a little more with the Google Form.
