As an Event Logistics Specialist, I am juggling multiple projects and groups at once. I built a Jotform App to use as an Exhibitor Portal - a one-stop-shop for exhibitors to view the floorplan, request their preferred booth location, download order forms, and submit their logos. I'm able to collate all my forms into one app and fill it up there and then without having to individually search the forms in need to fill. Plus I can send my data to another software that my company uses.

I have been facing some auto refreshing issues. Sometimes when I fill up a form like an inspection form that needs me to check a device thoroughly then record my findings, I will have to put my phone away. When I reopen the app to record my findings, the app or form will refresh and all my previous records in that form will disappear and I will have to restart the recording from the start. It's bad when I have taken photo from the app or form because it does not save the photos.

I know there is a save for later option but you will have to input your email and the link will be sent to your email. but it takes a while. I would suggest having some sort of safe button that will temporary store the data in the app itself to be able to go back to when it was left off until the form is submitted. I used Jotform to build a 'relationship test app' and I am surprised by the speed with which this could be done. It is a very accessible program that allows you to create a more complex tool without needing to know how to program. What convinced me was that the program is fully multilingual. This allows me to offer my test in different languages without having to build a separate app for each language. The interface is simple, but the logic behind it works flawlessly. When building a test with many different outcomes (like my relationship test), you sometimes have to pay close attention in the 'Conditional Logic' section; with a lot of questions, keeping an overview can become somewhat challenging. I like the 'save as a draft' feature in Jotform Apps because it allows people filling out grant applications to save and close without losing their progress, which is amazing compared to before when people couldn't leave their browsers without having to restart. I also value the login opportunities where I can see everyone who has created an account and also view specific reporting. Once I got the hang of the layout, using Jotform Apps was super simple. I wish there was a true log in option that didn't cost an arm and a leg for us to be able to help figure out what email someone used or help reset a password. We would rather manage this rather than Jotform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Jotform Apps for course registration and what I really like about it is how easy it is to use. It has features that allow me to clone pages for each course, which is super handy. The AI help with building forms is awesome, making the whole setup pretty straightforward. Because of its ease of use, everyone in the company can use Jotform Apps with minimal training. I like how Jotform Apps is easy to use and build forms. I find it simple to enable and disable certain things I'm offering, and it's great for uploading images of meals and dishes to show to my clients and prospective customers. It's really handy that I can easily manage my menu by disabling items when I can't get certain ingredients and then enabling them again once they're available. Uploading, adding, and removing images is straightforward, and I appreciate being able to update with better photos. I would love for me and another food service business to be able to check out our customers and for the monies for my portion of the menu to go to my account, and the money for their portion of the menu to go to their account. I don’t dislike anything major, but there are a few small things that could be better. Some customization options feel a bit limited, especially when it comes to layout flexibility and design freedom. The program seemed to be full of bugs. The original AI template worked really well, but as soon as I started customizing it, things began to break.
