"No-Code Apps That Feel Real—Seamless Jotform Workflows and Easy Sharing"
5/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

1. No-code app creation that actually feels like an app

You’re not just embedding a form—you’re building a mini application with navigation, multiple pages, and interactive elements. It’s closer to a lightweight mobile app than a static form.

2. Seamless integration with forms and workflows

Since it’s built on top of Jotform, everything connects naturally—submissions, approvals, conditional logic, and automation. That makes it useful for things like internal tools, client portals, or booking systems.

3. Real-world use cases (not just demos)

People use it to create employee onboarding apps, customer service hubs, event apps, school portals—you name it. It’s flexible enough to adapt without needing custom development.

4. Drag-and-drop simplicity

The interface is straightforward. You add elements like forms, PDFs, images, or integrations just by dragging them in—no technical barrier.

5. Multi-platform sharing

Apps can be shared via link, QR code, or even installed on mobile devices. So you can hand someone a fully working “app” without going through app stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

Limited customization (design + layout)

This comes up everywhere—from reviews to user feedback.

* Layouts feel rigid (you can’t freely position elements)

* Designs can look “blocky” or dated

* Hard to create something truly unique or polished

Even basic things like spacing and alignment control can be frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"App building without coding."
4/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

The best thing about this platform is i can create apps without writing code. I created an app just by dragging and dropping elements which shows how easy it is to use this app. It is perfect for people who wants to experinment with app features without writing code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

According to me i think currently this platform have limited customization options for drag and drop functionality, as a front end engineer i wanted more control over layout and i think the limit of 5 forms in the free plan is low, specially for the people who rely on forms in their daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Richie Pareja - Contractor of Jotform Apps

Hi Rishika,

Thanks for your excellent review. We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the no-code app builder and that creating an app with drag-and-drop elements has been such a smooth experience. For the classic form layout, you may use custom CSS codes to enhance the form. You can check out this guide for custom CSS codes: https://www.jotform.com/help/75-customize-your-form-using-custom-css-codes/. If you have questions, you can reach out to us through our Contact Us page at https://www.jotform.com/contact/. We'll be happy to help.

"A No-Code Swiss Army Knife for Forms, Data Syncing, and Dashboards"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

Honestly, it’s a total cheat code. It’s like a Swiss Army knife for my project because it handles all the annoying heavy lifting like forms and syncing data without me having to write a single line of code. I love that it’s a one-stop-shop where I can bundle everything into one professional dashboard. It makes my work look way more legit than just letting data rot in some mid spreadsheet, and the initial setup was super easy since I just started with a template and tweaked it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

The editor can be a real headache because there’s zero "undo" button. If you mess up a layout, you’re basically cooked and have to fix it manually. Also, it’s lowkey annoying that it’s just a PWA (basically a glorified bookmark) and not a native app you can actually drop on the App Store. It can also get a bit laggy if you try to add too many widgets at once, and the free tier limits can kill your vibe pretty fast if you’re busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elton Regs of Jotform Apps

Hi,

Thanks for your detailed review and for sharing how our platform supports your projects in such a practical way. It's great to hear that using templates and dashboards helped you pull everything together quickly and present your work more professionally without needing any code.

Regarding the editor experience, it's helpful to know that undo actions are supported using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Z on Windows or Cmd+Z on Mac. This allows you to quickly revert recent changes in your app.

For the app experience, our platform is designed as a progressive web app so updates and changes are instantly reflected without requiring downloads or manual updates. Adding the app to your device's home screen can make it feel more native and easier to access.

If you have any questions or suggestions, you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page: https://www.jotform.com/contact. We'll be happy to help.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

The best thing about short form is how it effectively simplify the process of collecting and managing contact related information in my role as a contact manager I open need to get a details from different stakeholder including request a mission approvals and supporting documents using dot form I was able to structure data and required information in one place with his dragon drop builder makes easy to design form without technical knowledge just like conditional logic are particularly useful for showing fields Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

Jotforms works well for standard work flow but managing more complex approval process can can require additional setup for instance multiples level of stoke holders are involved configuring the work flow may take some time to get right also managing number of forms is challenging without a proper name convention or folder structure it would be helpful if there were more built in option for managing last numbers of form more efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

Jotform is a straight-up cheat code for projects because it’s basically "God mode" for forms without needing to write a single line of code. It’s like a Swiss Army knife that does all the annoying heavy lifting—handling payments, auto-generating PDFs, and syncing to your calendar—so you look like a total pro while barely lifting a finger. "Easy Drag-and-Drop, HIPAA-Compliant Tier with Strong Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

It’s very easy to use - just drag and drop. It’s HIPAA-compliant in the tier we pay for, and their support is fairly good as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

Signature flows aren’t the greatest if you need to include comments in between steps. For example, we tried to create a yearly internal review document where the person who sent it signed the review first. Then it needed to go to the reviewee, who could either sign or add comments and send it back to the reviewer, who might reply. We were hoping to have a few rounds of this back-and-forth before the form was finally signed and completed by the reviewee, but that wasn’t possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elton Regs of Jotform Apps

Hi Liz,

Thanks for your positive review. We're thrilled to hear that the drag-and-drop setup makes building forms straightforward for you and that the compliance features available give you confidence in how information is handled. Your support means a lot to us.

Signature flow is possible using Jotform Workflows and the Approve & Sign element anywhere in your flow. This will require the recipients to approve the submission request, then sign it or add comments in it. We have a guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/how-to-set-up-the-approve-sign-element-in-jotform-workflows/.

"Very easy to use!"
4/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

It's very easy to use. This is the first time I've used an AI app to create things and I think it worked really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

Some of the options were a little restricted. For example, I wanted to use a table that allowed volunteers to help keep track of current stock of food items on hand at an event. But it didn't allow me to have a column that was read only do display the "desired quantity" of stock. But it was still really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marijoy A of Jotform Apps

Hi Kaz,

Thanks for your review. We're glad to hear Jotform Apps was easy to use and that it's working well for your needs. Regarding your feedback about using a table for tracking desired stock quantities, you might want to try using the Jotform Tables with the Privacy Options set to Public Table. Here's a helpful guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/1010-how-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate/#public-table. You can then add the table directly to your app using the Table element: https://www.jotform.com/products/apps/elements/table-apps-element/.

If that's not quite what you're looking for, feel free to share a bit more info through our Contact Us page at https://www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can understand your needs and help you better.

"Efficient Order Management with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

I like the organization and integration of Jotform Apps. It makes creating a form for uniform orders so much easier at Chick-fil-A. The ability to send out forms to employees or have them scan a QR code for orders is a big plus. The table worksheet feature helps me organize orders in a way that I can view them individually, cutting down the time I spend on employee uniform orders. The user interface and ease of reading both the template application and the admin interface are aspects I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

I'm not sure yet, but I believe I may run into an issue of organizing the template in such a way so that I could view how many of a particular item, but I'm not sure yet. I haven't gotten that far. I think I ran into a little bit of an issue because of the way I was adding photos to products for the form that I chose. Whenever I swapped the template layout, it got rid of my original setup and just made it look very plain, and it made it difficult to continue editing. But I think that there was a little bit of a bug in the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marijoy A of Jotform Apps

Hi Tyler,

Thanks for sharing your experience. We're happy to hear that Jotform Apps has helped simplify and organize your uniform ordering process. It's great to know the user-friendly interface has helped save you time and make order management easier. We appreciate your feedback and insights.

"Straightforward UI, Fast Performance, and Great Payment Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

I like the UI, and how it is very straightforward and easy to use. I also like all the payment integrations with the product list as I use it for my online store. It is also very fast on the customer side, and performs well. There aren't any popups asking for purchasing premium, and I feel like the free plan is worth my money. Jotform support is also quick with responding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

The AI pop up "Podo" comes up too frequently, which makes designing sort of annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Operations with Branded No-Code Apps in Jotform Apps"
4/5
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

We use Jotform Apps to streamline and centralize our operations through customized no-code mobile apps for both staff and program participants. It allows us to create branded apps that include onboarding forms, referrals, applications, document uploads, announcements, payment access, and internal workflows all in one place.

Jotform Apps has helped us simplify communication, improve organization, and provide a more professional and user-friendly experience for our team, partners, and participants. We especially value the ability to integrate forms, workflows, PDFs, and notifications into a single mobile-friendly platform without needing coding experience.

For our organization, it has become an essential tool for participant onboarding, staff management, referrals, and supportive housing program operations. The customization options, ease of use, and accessibility across devices make it extremely valuable for growing organizations looking to automate and modernize their systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

While Jotform Apps is extremely useful and user-friendly, there are a few areas where improvements could make the platform even stronger. At times, advanced customization and app design flexibility can feel somewhat limited compared to fully custom-built applications. Certain layouts, branding adjustments, and navigation features may require workarounds to achieve a more polished or enterprise-level appearance.

We have also experienced occasional delays or glitches when managing larger workflows, embedded forms, or complex integrations. Some automation and conditional logic features could be more seamless across connected forms and apps.

Another challenge is that certain premium features, storage limits, and submission limits can become costly as organizations grow and scale operations. More flexibility in pricing and expanded functionality within lower-tier plans would be beneficial for nonprofits, supportive housing programs, and small businesses.

Overall, Jotform Apps is still an excellent platform, but enhanced customization, smoother performance for large-scale operations, and more scalable pricing options would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Richie Pareja - Contractor of Jotform Apps
