I find Jotform Apps incredibly useful for my online course because it allows me to put multiple forms in one place where people can easily access and submit different sections. This makes it extremely fast and user friendly. I also appreciate the simplicity of accessing everything in the app and the practicality of the overall design. I like how Jotform Apps is highly customizable, allowing me to create a platform that fulfills my business needs. I can customize sheets and receive responses in a standardized manner, which is very useful. The ability to connect with third-party apps, like Google Sheets, makes it easy for me to consolidate data efficiently. I appreciate that I can input whatever questions I want my participants to answer, and all their responses are automatically linked to a Google Sheet. I think one issue I run into is that the Jotform Apps sometimes have issues. My participants cannot see their responses despite I give them access to do so. It's just you guys have a place that they can see all the responses but sometimes it does not work; some responses will disappear on their app. And in terms of editing the responses, I give them access to do so, but it would still need my permission and only I can delete the responses. I like a lot of things about Jotform Apps. It's user-friendly and makes life easy, especially since most people use cell phones. The app on cell phones makes it more convenient and accessible for many people, as more people are on their phones than on laptops or computers. I really like how easy it is to build a form with Jotform Apps, no coding skills are needed. Even our plumbers, some of whom are 60 years old, can easily use and submit forms back to us. It also eliminates paper and the issue of lost paper for service papers, which gives us no delays and provides real-time updates from the field. The initial setup was very easy. I think the biggest area that could be improved upon are the widgets that are on there - ones that are provided by others are a little hit and miss whether or not they actually work. I use Jotform Apps to create an online app for plant maintenance, incorporating multiple forms and workflows. I like the drag and drop app function because it's very handy. I appreciated that I could do 5 free forms to see if Jotform was right for me before committing to a paid version. Navigating the app pages in the building area could be smoother and more organized. Submitted inspection forms should be easier to find, as the filters are limited. When you have 100 forms, finding the latest submissions is nearly impossible unless you have a workflow to notify you of submissions. That part is really missing. The AI agent should be well-versed in topics such as religion. It would help if we could use our voice and have more tools so they can be more specific knowledge base, also more agents to choose from in the minority space.
