I was able to set up an app for the NABS (National Association of Black Scuba Divers). I like that our members can register using this app. I also like the customer service; I met with Tank, your customer service representative, on Zoom, and he was very thorough and answered all my questions. Jotform is an all-in-one app that I love. It's way better than the other site I used for uploading waivers because I can handle registrations and apps and keep members informed about the whole event. I find it really easy to set up, and even when I ran into a few bumps, Tank's customer service representative, who met with me on Zoom, was so patient and thorough in helping me figure things out. Even our older members have found it easy to use for their registrations and waivers, which is important for us. The only thing that I would like to see is we have some people who have medical issues for waivers, and I'd like to be talked through how to upload the forms once they print them off and take it to the physician. How they can upload it back to me in Jotform. Preferably through the app. That way, everything can stay in one area and not upload to Google Forms or upload to a different area in Jotform. Specifically, when an employee exits, removing their user profile didn't immediately revoke their access. Even after deletion, test users could still access the platform. I find the abilty to be able to create your own app from a site that is for forms is great. Creating the app was easy to set up and implement. I customised what i wanted my welcome pages and menue to look like and then share a QR code with the staff. Our app is used on a daily basis as it gives our staff one central location to access all the information needed and any forms rather than having QR codes printed all over for different forms. I know it is basically a web-app, but would be good to maybe have the view of creating an app that would be available to download from an app store as the only downside we have is when a change is made on the app,, rather than it being live when someone changes between pages, they need to close and re-open.
