Jotform is an all-in-one app that I love. It's way better than the other site I used for uploading waivers because I can handle registrations and apps and keep members informed about the whole event. I find it really easy to set up, and even when I ran into a few bumps, Tank's customer service representative, who met with me on Zoom, was so patient and thorough in helping me figure things out. Even our older members have found it easy to use for their registrations and waivers, which is important for us.
