Since implementing JotForm, our information management and operational efficiency have drastically improved. Your tool has proven to be excellent for structured data collection, which has allowed us to better manage our daily operations. We use the platform daily, and it is of immense value to our team. We have been able to generate at least 30 apps and forms to cover various areas of our company. I think one issue I run into is that the Jotform Apps sometimes have issues. My participants cannot see their responses despite I give them access to do so. It's just you guys have a place that they can see all the responses but sometimes it does not work; some responses will disappear on their app. And in terms of editing the responses, I give them access to do so, but it would still need my permission and only I can delete the responses.
