About the image you’re seeing in WhatsApp, the profile picture shown there actually comes from the WhatsApp account itself, not from the AI agent. To change how it appears in WhatsApp conversations, you’ll need to update the profile photo directly in your WhatsApp settings. The AI agent avatar is designed to appear when the agent is used as a standalone experience or when it’s embedded, which is why you'll see it correctly displayed in those cases.

What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I like the convenience and the ease of use of Jotform AI Agents. I love the fact that I can connect it to so many different platforms like SMS messaging, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and my website. It's great at handling small tasks that I don't want to deal with on a day-to-day basis, which is very convenient for me. I also appreciate that it was extremely easy to set up. What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

Well, I think it can always be improved. It had a conversation with an applicant yesterday on Messenger and didn't know how to answer a question instead of reverting back to me, taking the applicant's information and giving them a false sense of hope. What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

What I like most about Jotform AI Agents is that they let us automate important interactions and support tasks without any coding, while still providing a personalized, conversational experience for users. The AI Agents can handle questions, guide people through steps like completing a form, and reduce the load on our team by responding instantly, 24/7, across multiple channels such as chat, phone, SMS, and messaging apps. Training them with our own content and connecting them to our workflows has been straightforward, and that has helped us improve both engagement and efficiency in our marketing campaigns. What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

While we’ve had a positive experience overall, there are a few areas of Jotform AI Agents that could be improved.

First, personalization and advanced control are somewhat limited. The ability to fine-tune the agent’s personality, tone, and conversational style feels fairly basic. For use cases that require a strong brand voice or very specific interaction patterns, the current controls can be restrictive and may require manual workarounds or additional prompt fine-tuning.

Second, handling complex scenarios can take extra effort. In workflows with deeply conditional logic or complex, multi-step interactions, agents sometimes need iterative adjustments before they perform consistently. This can increase setup time and may require ongoing monitoring to maintain accuracy.

Third, integration depth could be stronger. Although Jotform integrates well within its ecosystem and supports external tools via webhooks and APIs, the depth of integration with third-party systems isn’t as extensive as some specialized AI agent platforms. More native connectors or built-in automation options would help reduce reliance on external tools for more complex workflows.

Finally, there are occasional inaccuracies. Like many AI-powered systems, responses aren’t always perfect out of the box—especially in edge cases—and may require additional training or refinement of the knowledge base.

The tool replaces MS Forms for us. The operation is comparatively simple and the AI provides very good support. As a result, no support is necessary for integration into our own systems. "Saves Time with Smart Script Creation"

What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I like that after uploading a slideshow, Jotform AI Agents does a good job of digesting the information, creating a script, and reading it. It's really easy to edit any areas where the wording should be changed, and it updates instantly. We didn't have to create the script at all, just upload the presentation, specify the tone we wanted, and the system created the whole script itself. This saved us a lot of time since we didn't have to write the script and do the voice work ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

It was a bit difficult to start using. I'd click certain things and expect one result, but then not get to what I was looking for. Also, before I created the presentation myself, I asked the system to create a presentation for me just from what I wanted to communicate to potential customers, and it didn't go well. I can't recommend creating the whole presentation plus the voiceover plus the read script by AI. That's too much for the system to do. Once I created the presentation myself and uploaded it, things were easier. That being said, I did get errors a few times while uploading it. You can tell an AI is reading it, but it does sound a lot more natural than many other systems. Perhaps a little more tweaking on that front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
