The 'killer feature' for us is connecting our Google Sheets database directly to the AI Agent. If my Google Sheet has inconsistent formatting or merged cells, the AI can occasionally pull the wrong row or get 'confused' about which handicap belongs to which player. I had to spend some time 'cleaning' my data structure to ensure 100% accuracy. Additionally, the AI Agent's Q&A editor can be a bit rigid; it doesn't currently allow for easy copying and pasting of answers, which makes the initial setup for repetitive FAQ logic a bit more time-consuming than it should be."

Some of the text boxes aren’t as long as I’d like for certain types of information. I’ve also noticed it’s going to take a lot more refining to get things really solid, especially around contact forms. Considering JotForm is all about forms, it would be nice to have a better, simple “contact us” form that it can generate quickly whenever someone wants to inquire.
