Well, I’m using two different apps: Jotform and Jotform Sign. The Jotform app feels complete, but I think I need the Jotform Sign app to make sure certain forms are fillable and signable. I use Jotform AI Agents to assist my employees with simpler issues. With the agent active, I can save my time and my team's time, as trivial questions that depended on me are now quickly and accurately resolved by the agent. The integration with WhatsApp Business did not work. I would like it to be something simpler. I couldn't do the integration because it was saying that my number was already in use. The versatility of utilising the knowledge base, training the Agent through conversations, and using add-on features to direct the Agent precisely ensures every interaction is customised to your liking. The interface for setting up the Agent is intuitive and extremely user-friendly. We utilise the ChatGPT integration to build highly performance-driven interactions and ensure that only essential information is gathered to keep conversations engaging. As an integrated feature of the pricing for the Jotform features, not an EXTRA cost for the AI Agents, the Return-on-Investment has Agents completing forms conversationally and providing summaries, turning otherwise mundane forms like our support queries into efficient and optimised workflows, and helping onboard staff members or new clients. I could easly integrate with my CRM system and that gave me flexibility when creating new forms and training AI agents.

I haven’t run into any problems yet, and every question I’ve had has been answered by the AI support. The only issue so far is that I haven’t been able to switch my account email to my company address. I started the email change process, but when I opened the verification email sent to my company inbox, it created a new account under that address. As a result, I still can’t change the email on my original account because the system now says the company email is already in use. It’s been a bit frustrating.
