What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I like that with Jotform AI Agents, I can train it in the conversation environment, which appears to work really well. I'm able to ask questions as a customer would, make corrections, and it implements the needed changes all in one environment. Regarding the situations where answers from your frequently asked questions page were not being prioritized, this can usually be improved by reviewing how the knowledge sources are added and structured. Making sure your FAQ content is clearly defined, concise, and added as a primary knowledge source helps the agent reference it more consistently. You can also retrain the agent after updates so it better understands which content to check first.

What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I really like Jotform AI Agents' ability to execute workloads based on natural language. I can simply tell them what I need done on the website, and the agent performs the task directly on the site. It's great being able to prompt them for workflows using natural language. Creating JSONs and dropping them into the AI agent works extremely well to execute my business processes. The agents help reduce my effort in manual labor and ensure accuracy, which results in fewer mistakes, faster delivery time, and free me up to focus on tasks that need more cognitive or emotional input. It was free. I was able to upload documents to train the Agent. I really like the ability to tell the Agent how to respond in the future when it gives wrong/bad answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the AI Agent is linked to a form, the AI Agent really forces the form on the user. In at least one situation, the user said they didn't want to give any contact information, but the AI Agent continued to ask for the information because that is what the form required. I like that Jotform AI Agents is easy to set up and can be trained with my own materials rather than relying on the web. This means I can control what information is given back to me, making it more accurate for the machines I use. Agent isn't very good at pulling the right information. I have a problem with it saying it can't find information even though I know I uploaded it. Better accuracy would be good as I have asked it for information on one machine and had it say it could not find that information for a completely different machine I never asked about. I really like the “Teach Your Agent” option because it lets me train the AI Agent through a simple conversation. Uploading a solid knowledge base is definitely helpful, but tracking down or creating all that information can be tedious.
