some of the more advanced design tweaks can be a little clunky to figure out at first if you want it to match your branding perfectly. also the free tier limits get hit pretty fast if your running a good campaign, so u definetly have to upgrade to paid pretty quick if you get decent traffic. sometimes when i have a form with a ton of logic rules the backend gets a tiny bit laggy but its nothing crazy. I don't actually love the UI as much, as I would hope to see more humanlike avatars very soon, given current technology.
