What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

The standout feature for me is the sheer simplicity of the entire platform. I was able to build and deploy a fully functional chatbot for a school's website without writing a single line of code. The interface for training the AI with our specific information was very intuitive.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike as the product excels at its main purpose of being simple and effective.

However, if I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the analytics and reporting features. While you can see some basic usage data, I would love to have more in-depth insights. For example, seeing the most common unanswered questions, tracking user satisfaction ratings, or understanding the conversation paths would be extremely helpful to further refine the AI's knowledge base and improve its performance over time. Jotform AI Agents primarily solves the problem of providing instant, high-quality customer and visitor support without significant development overhead.

The specific benefits to me are:

1. Eliminating the need for complex custom coding: Previously, integrating a smart assistant required lengthy development time and expertise. Jotform's platform makes it incredibly simple to build and train a powerful AI agent without writing code.

2. Instant 24/7 Availability: For the school website I worked on in Barcelona, the chatbot now handles common inquiries outside of office hours. This ensures that prospective students and parents always receive the information they need instantly, which improves user experience and captures leads around the clock.

3. Seamless Website Integration: The biggest benefit is the hassle-free deployment. The generated chatbot integrates perfectly with any website, allowing me to deliver a professional, ready-to-use solution to clients quickly and efficiently.
