JOT is project management software that connects strategy to execution – WBS, sprints, Kanban, Gantt charts, and daily reports in one system. Its key differentiator is a built-in AI meeting layer: record a meeting, get a structured summary with flagged risks and action items, then push those items directly into your sprint as reviewed tasks – no separate AI notetaker, no copy-paste between tools. Built for engineering, AEC, and PMO teams managing multi-project portfolios.
