## About Josys
Josys is a modern AI-native identity security and governance platform. Enterprise AI adoption has made identity the fastest-growing attack surface — and the hardest to govern. Josys discovers, governs, and secures every identity - human, machine, and AI agent - across every application in the enterprise. Built on policy-led governance, Josys lets security and IT teams define access policies once and enforce them autonomously: risk is surfaced, access is controlled, and identity threats are remediated in real time, without manual oversight. Trusted by over 1,000 organizations and MSPs worldwide, Josys turns identity from the fastest-growing attack surface into an autonomously governed advantage. For more information, visit josys.com.

## Josys Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined User-SaaS Mapping and Account Management in Josys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Clear visibility of user-SaaS mapping & direct account management from the dashboard
I really appreciate how clearly Josys visualizes which SaaS applications are assigned to each user. Furthermore, for integrated apps, we can issue (provision) and revoke (deprovision) accounts directly from the Josys dashboard. This eliminates the need to log into each individual SaaS application, significantly streamlining our account management workflow.

Linking devices (IT assets) directly with user accounts
Being able to view and manage hardware assets (like PCs) alongside user account information on a single dashboard has significantly reduced the stress of updating our asset ledgers. Yes, Josys is definitely worth the price. It has eliminated a lot of manual administrative work and reduced security risks from forgotten accounts, which saves our team a substantial amount of time. Considering the efficiency gains and peace of mind, we feel we are getting great value for our investment. Yes, Josys is definitely worth the price. It has eliminated a lot of manual administrative work and reduced security risks from forgotten accounts, which saves our team a substantial amount of time. Considering the efficiency gains and peace of mind, we feel we are getting great value for our investment.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Expanding the library of integrated SaaS applications
While integrations with major SaaS tools work seamlessly, it would be even better to see expanded API support for niche software and local Japanese applications.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Josys, we manually tracked employee SaaS usage and device assignments using spreadsheets. This process was time-consuming and carried security risks, such as outdated information and missed account deprovisioning during offboarding.

Josys has solved this by centralizing all user-to-SaaS and user-to-device mappings onto a single, clear dashboard, dramatically reducing the stress and burden of manual updates. Additionally, being able to issue and revoke accounts directly from the Josys interface eliminates the need to log into multiple individual services, saving us a substantial amount of administrative effort and time.

  ### 2. Reduced Manual IT Workload by 95% with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katsuhiko W. | IT Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

What I like best about Josys is its incredibly user-friendly UI, which makes daily operations a breeze. The comprehensive automation features have significantly reduced our manual workload. Additionally, IT inventory management and auditing have become so much easier, and detecting shadow IT is now simple and efficient. It's truly a game-changer for our IT team.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

While the overall platform is highly efficient, it often falls short on the finer details. Managing complex workflows or edge-case license assignments requires manual workarounds, as the tool lacks deeper customization options. We hope to see more flexibility for enterprise-level operations in future updates.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys has solved the massive bottleneck of manual IT administration. By automating account provisioning and deprovisioning during onboarding and offboarding, and by systemizing our IT inventory management, we have successfully reduced our operational workload by an incredible 95%. It has completely transformed our IT operations.

  ### 3. Josys Delivers Full SaaS Visibility, Automated Access, and Strong Governance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Josys gave us real visibility into our SaaS footprint. It syncs with our identity provider to map every authorized app, catches shadow IT our old tools never flagged, and even surfaces bots and AI agents touching our systems. That alone changed how I answer questions on risk exposure.

Onboarding and offboarding now run on autopilot, with access provisioned and revoked automatically by role and department, approvals routed by risk level, and app roles mapped cleanly into RBAC. Usage analytics helped us cut idle and orphaned licenses, and finance gets a clean spend breakdown by department instead of chasing invoices.

Security ties directly to identity. Compromised credentials surface instantly against real employee access, privilege creep gets caught early, and the platform can auto suspend access or enforce MFA the moment something looks off. Access reviews that once took weeks now run as structured surveys with a clean, exportable audit trail.

Device inventory sits in the same view as app access, covering everything from laptops to mobile across the fleet, with refresh alerts and clean recovery built into offboarding so nothing goes missing.

Integrations are where it really pulls ahead. Native connections into our identity provider, HR system, and MDM tools cover the backbone, and hundreds of single click integrations across collaboration, dev, CRM, and IAM tools keep usage data current without any manual syncing. For the handful of niche vendor apps our other tools never supported, the AI powered integration builder let us bring them into governance without waiting on a vendor roadmap, the kind of AI feature that actually pays for itself rather than being a checkbox.

Our CSM made sure we used the full platform, not a fraction of it. On top of everything, the interface itself feels modern and intuitive for a platform doing this much, the depth of features we get relative to the price point is hard to match, and performance has held up well with no downtime or lag even as our usage grew.

Josys is now our single governed system of record, replacing scattered spreadsheets and point tools.

A dedicated CSM guides each account from onboarding through adoption, so the full feature set gets implemented rather than left unused.

Beyond a standard SMP, Josys pays for itself by cutting idle licenses, reducing manual IT hours on access management, closing credential and privilege risk early, and giving finance and security one governed system instead of scattered tools.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Honestly, the platform covers so much ground that the initial setup took some getting used to for my team, mapping our full app and identity landscape is not a five minute job. The native integration catalog is already extensive, but there are still a handful of smaller regional vendors we use where we relied on the custom integration builder instead of an out of the box connector. Neither has been a real blocker, more a reminder that a platform this deep takes a bit of ramp up to get full value from.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Josys, we had no single view of every app in use across the company, which meant shadow IT and orphaned licenses went unnoticed and access reviews were a manual, spreadsheet driven exercise. Onboarding and offboarding also depended too much on individual IT staff remembering to revoke access, which is a real security gap.

Josys solved this by giving us one governed system for identity, apps, devices, and access. We now catch shadow IT and compromised credentials as they happen instead of during an audit, access follows role and department automatically, and license spend is visible enough that we have meaningfully cut waste. Governance and compliance reporting, which used to take my team weeks, now runs as a structured, auditable process. The net benefit is less operational risk, real time savings for IT, and a system finance and security both trust.

  ### 4. Asset management with superior UI and easy operation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It requires no special learning and allows anyone to act as an administrator immediately.
It also allows for flexible tagging when managing, making it possible to manage various IT assets such as Ethernet adapters and smartphones, in addition to PCs, headsets, and keyboards.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The number of applications that can be linked may be fewer than other competing products. However, since the company plans to focus on this area in the future, we believe that the gap with other competitors' products will be further filled in the future.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT asset management starts with Excel and spreadsheets in many companies, but it is also the beginning of chaos.
Josys is very strong in IT asset management, especially in linking user changes and past history, and eliminates the worries of IT administrators.

  ### 5. JOSYS Streamlines Asset Management with Centralized Access Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

What I appreciate most about JOSYS is how seamlessly it connects employee information with IT assets, enabling truly comprehensive asset management. The platform provides clear, centralized visibility into user permissions and access rights across different systems, which has been invaluable for security audits as well as our onboarding and offboarding processes. From the initial inventory setup to ongoing tracking and management, everything can be handled entirely within the platform, which has significantly streamlined our day-to-day IT operations.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

JOSYS is a solid platform, but it’s still evolving as a product. Some of the more advanced management and reporting capabilities are still in development, and a few integrations—especially those related to SSO configurations and connectivity with legacy systems—can have occasional limitations. That said, the vendor is very responsive to feedback and actively works to address user concerns. Given their development roadmap and the cadence of regular feature releases, I’m confident these gaps will keep narrowing as the platform continues to mature.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JOSYS has fundamentally transformed our IT asset management. Before implementing the platform, we were dealing with fragmented and incomplete inventories spread across multiple systems, which made it nearly impossible to optimize costs or keep asset records accurate. Now, JOSYS gives us centralized, real-time visibility into all our IT assets and their utilization patterns. As a result, we can identify underused licenses, eliminate redundant subscriptions, and make genuinely data-driven spending decisions. Beyond the cost savings, the platform has significantly improved our operational efficiency and provides leadership with the actionable insights they need for strategic planning and more informed budget allocation.

  ### 6. Visualize shadow IT and prevent the risk of confidential information leakage in advance.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 敏紀 . | 情報システム担当, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

By visualizing shadow IT, you can preemptively identify and prevent the risk of confidential information leaking to unauthorized storage services and generative AI, which is a commendable point.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The visualization feature is inherently limited in scope because it is based on browser extensions and IdP integration. Additionally, it can be circumvented by using a different browser or utilizing incognito mode.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regarding account management, I feel that we are able to significantly reduce working hours.

  ### 7. The integrated management of personnel, physical assets, and services has become easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Efficient Operation: By linking devices and accounts to each user for centralized management, we have achieved significant efficiency improvements in what was previously a complex management task.

User-Friendly Design: The UI is very sophisticated, making it easy for first-time users to navigate without confusion.

Rapid Implementation Process: The lead time from development request to implementation is short, allowing for a speedy start to operations.

Continuously Evolving Support System: The follow-up after implementation is very thorough. Recently, the "accompaniment-style" problem-solving support, which goes beyond mere responses, has been strengthened, providing even greater peace of mind in terms of operations.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Expectations for the expansion of linked apps: If integration with other external apps (third-party) becomes more robust, it will be easier to manage everything centrally, so I'm looking forward to future updates.

Flexible response to developing features: Since there are still some features under development, it would be helpful if flexible improvements and updates could continue to be made to meet on-site needs.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

・Consolidating multiple ledgers into a single one has significantly reduced our administrative overhead.
・Previously, we had to provision accounts for each service individually, but now we can do it for all integrated services in bulk, which has drastically cut down on manual work.
・In terms of security, it has been effective in preventing forgotten/orphaned accounts and detecting Shadow IT.
・The ability to detect unused licenses has also led to significant cost savings.

  ### 8. Best partner for corporate IT engineers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 健都 . | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

They’ve continued to add support for newer services like Linear and Cursor. I also like that they now offer an RPA-based Integration Builder, which lets users create their own custom integrations.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Stability could be improved. Integrations sometimes fail due to seemingly random connection issues.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Modern company uses much amount of SaaS services. Managing them are confusing and complicated task. Josys provides easy-to-use web-based service to manage company's SaaS accounts all in one place.

  ### 9. Centralized User, App, and Device Management with Various Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evgenii K.

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I appreciate that Josys enables me to manage users, their devices, and their access to various applications all in one place. Unlike other services that tend to specialize in only device or user management, Josys integrates all three, which significantly streamlines my workflow. I find it particularly useful for maintaining compliance with security standards such as ISO/IEC 21007, ensuring that devices and accounts are efficiently managed and secured. The setup was effortless, requiring just minor adjustments when importing data from our previous spreadsheets. This integration allows me to promptly address employee problems by providing vital information at my fingertips, such as device purchase history and user assignment details. The numerous integrations with essential software like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and others are invaluable. Furthermore, the constant improvements to the UI and the addition of new integrations every month are compelling reasons for me to continue using Josys. It's no surprise that I would rate my likelihood of recommending Josys with a solid 10.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I find Josys's user page lacking because it doesn't show a comprehensive list of all devices used and returned by the user. This feature is essential for me, as I sometimes need to reference previous devices a user had. Currently, to acquire this information, I must export and manually review a CSV file of returned devices, which is inefficient.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys centralizes user, device, and app management, ensuring compliance and streamlining operations. It simplifies tracking devices and accounts, enhancing security and efficiency, especially in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  ### 10. cost efficient, smooth management ops

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toshimasa I. | IT management / IT security management - senior support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

User master data auto syncs with Google Workspace account database, plus syncing with many SaaS services just makes our account management ops way easy. Oh, plus IT device management is smooth too, simple UX to use.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Lacks the function to add custom fields to user and app databases, only on device is available at the moment. Need these to serve as central management database for us IT management division.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

[On SaaS Management]
Tipical problem: creating emploees google workspace account, plus many other SaaS service accounts (eg. Slack, Notion, Asana) ... and after a while when he/she leaves the company, us IT management team will have to delete all those accounts. So we have to keep track of which accounts we gave to who. Pretty much effort needed there.

Josys solves: Google workspace and (a portion of) other SaaS services are synced with Josys, so it automatically tracks which accounts are given to who. And with a couple of clicks, we can delete all SaaS accounts related to a single employee. Giving us way less effort.

[On IT Asset Management]
Problem: Same as above, we have to keep track of which devices we lend to who.

Josys solves: although nothing is auto-synced, we can add device to josys database, and attach to employees we gave it to. So again overall operation (on new join/leave) gets easy.

  ### 11. Makes SaaS Account Management Clear and Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Takuya K. | Corporate IT Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Josys helps us understand who is using what SaaS tools across the company. We can see account usage in real time, which helps reduce shadow IT.
Even non-technical team members can help manage accounts if IT sets it up. This has made things smoother for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Right now, Josys supports automatic account creation for only some SaaS tools. We hope to see more supported services in the future to fully automate our user lifecycle.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Josys, we had to log into each SaaS admin console to create or delete accounts. This took a lot of time and caused mistakes. Also, some services didn’t allow fine control over user roles, so we had to give assistants more access than necessary.

With Josys, we now have a clear view of all accounts and can manage them faster and more safely. It saves us time and helps prevent shadow IT. Our team can focus more on creative and valuable work instead of routine admin tasks.

  ### 12. The best way to manage user accounts!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Eliminates the burden of user account management, and mismanagement of user accounts can now be detected.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I don't really dislike it, but there are products that are necessary for our business that are not yet integrated. For example, Snowflake and ChatGPT.
I look forward to its future evolution.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Failure to delete account of retired user.
Audit response.

  ### 13. SaaS that can be used with peace of mind with appropriate support and convenient features.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I appreciate the features of the SaaS and the appropriate support from the person in charge. I find the measures against the omission of account deletion for retirees to be useful.

Please continue to support us in utilizing and revitalizing it in the future.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There's nothing in particular, but it would be helpful if the license were cheaper. I feel it would be appreciated if automatic generation of minutes and transcription were provided.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are cooperating as a partner with the information systems department, which is suffering from chronic lack of resources and manpower.

  ### 14. You can centrally manage devices and licenses, making it easy to understand through user association.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The ability to centrally manage device information and application licenses for PCs, smartphones, and other devices. Additionally, it is easy to verify who owns which device or license by linking it with user information.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Sorting can only be performed on specific items on the UI. The apps that can be integrated are still in the addition stage.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, management was conducted individually for each device or license, but by being able to manage everything centrally, the complexity of management has been reduced. Additionally, by linking with users, it has become easier to detect any omissions in the granting or removal of licenses.

  ### 15. Josys is equipped with AI functions, is easy to operate, and has significantly improved the efficiency of managing unmanaged IDs and employees who have left the company.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karin A.

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I use Josys and find the unmanaged ID feature particularly useful. It clearly identifies unused accounts and also identifies remaining accounts of former employees, making it easier to deal with them. Furthermore, I find the ease of investigation very good, which is one of the reasons I will consider purchasing it again and again. I would also like to recommend this product to others with a rating of 9. For me, Josys is extremely effective in managing accounts and IT devices, and it has greatly supported my work.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There's nothing I particularly dislike about it, but after doing some research, I think the cost is a little higher than other companies.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys makes it easy to manage unused accounts and accounts of former employees, and is also very useful for identifying unmanaged IDs.

  ### 16. Efficient Account Management and Shadow IT Monitoring with Josys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It’s convenient because by integrating services with Josys, you can manage accounts in a ledger.
You can also quickly check the status of former employees, which helps prevent forgetting to delete their accounts.
It’s also useful for checking shadow IT through the browser extension.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

We use the browser extension to check for shadow IT, but it would be helpful if we could also see the devices being used, not just by each user.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Josys, account management can be centralized in a ledger, preventing the oversight of deleting accounts for former employees. Additionally, the browser extension allows for checking shadow IT, enabling early detection of security risks. This improves operational efficiency and provides the benefit of using services with greater peace of mind.

  ### 17. Excellent Overall Experience with Seamless SaaS API Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

We were able to manage our information systems operations centrally, which significantly improved our overall operational efficiency. The support from our account representative was consistently attentive, responsive, and reliable, making it easy to address questions and move forward with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

This is unavoidable, but because the system relies on the APIs of the integrated SaaS platforms, it isn’t possible to carry out actions like account creation across all SaaS services.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys enables centralized management of our information systems operations, which helps reduce operational overhead and improve overall efficiency. In addition, their strong support gives us the confidence to run day-to-day operations smoothly.

  ### 18. A strong ally for solo IT administrators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

- Visualization of members' SaaS accounts
- Reservation issuance and deletion functions for SaaS accounts

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Customizability of the UI.
However, it's not overly inconvenient.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- There was a challenge of SaaS account management being scattered across multiple spreadsheets. With the SaaS management feature, we were able to eliminate spreadsheet management and establish a robust management system through centralized control.
- By being able to schedule the issuance/deletion of SaaS accounts, we improved resource allocation at the end and beginning of the month. Utilizing the shadow IT detection feature allowed us to visualize previously unmanaged paid accounts.

  ### 19. Quick and reliable kitting service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noriko H. | Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

By requesting Josys to kit company PCs and smartphones, I like that the work can be completed more quickly than doing it in-house, saving time. Also, it is very helpful to be able to proceed while consulting with the person in charge when in trouble. I have heard that the procedure is not too burdensome, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There isn't any.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Josys, you can request kitting more quickly than internally, saving time.

  ### 20. Effortless License Management with Scheduled Issuance and Deletion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The main benefit is that you can schedule the issuance and deletion of SaaS app licenses, so you don't have to carry out the necessary tasks on the day of the change.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

My complaint is that I cannot include previous users when searching for devices.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest advantage is the ability to perform a large volume of app registrations—such as for a mass hiring at the beginning of the year—at a time when you have capacity, which eliminates the need to rush the process on the new employees' start date.

  ### 21. SaaS retirement account visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 貴洋 . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

SaaS retiree accounts are now visible, and account deletions have been greatly reduced.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I would be happy if there were more SaaS that could be linked.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retired employee accounts are now visible, reducing the number of account deletions.

  ### 22. Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 健 . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

  ### 23. This tool is essential for managing devices and apps.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

We had only about 30 devices, but suddenly the number increased to 140 and then 200, and we felt that we had reached the limit of our management capabilities. With the introduction of JOSYS, the management of devices (PCs and mobile devices) within the company has become significantly more efficient. It is now essential for management.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

When connecting to the API, I would like to receive an alert via email or another method when the API expires or a connection error occurs.
I would also like a more user-friendly UI that shows when I started using the application and how long I have been using it, similar to what is shown on the device.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of users, devices, and applications (SaaS accounts)

  ### 24. An Excellent Tool for Visualizing SaaS Usage and Optimizing Costs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

With multiple SaaS tools contracted across the company, it was previously difficult to track who had access to which accounts, when contracts expired, or to ensure account deletions upon employee departure. After implementing Josys, we’ve been able to centralize management, significantly reducing the risk of information leaks due to account deletion oversights and cutting monthly costs by hundreds of thousands of yen. Another strong point is the customer support—they go beyond the typical “sign-and-forget” model and proactively schedule regular meetings to advise on how to best utilize the platform.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

While we are generally very satisfied, we would appreciate it if Josys supported a wider range of SaaS products. Expanding its compatibility would further increase its value.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys has helped us solve several key issues related to SaaS management, such as the complexity of tracking user accounts, missed account deletions for employees who leave the company, and a lack of visibility into contract terms. By addressing these challenges, we’ve been able to reduce the risk of data breaches, eliminate unnecessary license costs, and strengthen our internal controls. For a fast-moving organization like a startup, the ability to streamline IT asset management is a significant advantage.

I find the SaaS and asset management features very convenient. Managing members is also straightforward, especially when integrated with SaaS. Additionally, I really appreciate the shadow IT detection capability.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Some SaaS services that I would like to integrate are not currently supported, so I hope the range of available integrations will be expanded in the future.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform removes the hassle from managing SaaS and helps alleviate concerns about fragmented IT environments.

  ### 26. Excellent for Shadow IT Detection and Security Monitoring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

You have the option to force-install the extension, which makes it possible to identify shadow IT within your environment. Additionally, I appreciate that it is capable of detecting security issues.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Depending on the tool plan, some things can be integrated and some cannot.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shadow IT detection helps identify unauthorized tools in use, which can lead to a reduction in unnecessary software expenses.

  ### 27. Proactive Support and Regular Seminars Make a Difference

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

In addition to the attitude of trying to resolve system administrators' issues through regular seminars, the proactive approach toward solving their challenges is commendable.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I would like to have more options for the start time and duration of the user meetings than are currently available.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a result of the enhanced asset management functions, the workload involved in IT asset management has been relatively reduced.

  ### 28. An intuitive UI that's easy to use even with zero knowledge & attractive GWS integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The UI is designed to be very easy to understand, making it easy to operate even with zero knowledge. Additionally, it can integrate with GWS, so there's no need to create an account within Josis, which is also an attractive feature.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

It would be appreciated if account linking could be made a bit easier. I haven't compared it with other companies, so this might be the standard specification.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It should be easy to track who has passed on the devices used within the company to whom, and be able to display that in a list.

  ### 29. A tool that can standardize SaaS management, which tends to become personalized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I am most pleased with the ability to centrally visualize the management status of SaaS accounts and IT assets associated with joining, leaving, or transferring within the company. It allows us to instantly understand who is using which SaaS with what permissions, enabling us to standardize and streamline IT management, which tends to become personalized. The ability to simultaneously strengthen governance and reduce operational burden is a significant advantage.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Due to the abundance of features, it can be confusing at first to determine how far to set up and operate. Additionally, due to specification differences between SaaS, some parts cannot be fully automated, leaving cases where manual intervention is necessary. However, once operations are established, it does not become a major issue. The support system is also well-equipped, which is very helpful.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are addressing the issue of SaaS usage being dispersed across departments and individuals, making it difficult to grasp the overall picture. This has enabled us to prevent the oversight of deleting unnecessary accounts, reduce information security risks, and decrease IT management workload. As a result, it has led to the coexistence of internal control and operational efficiency.

  ### 30. Great ontribution to our general affairs and information system operations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Although it was difficult to allocate human resources due to the dual responsibilities of two departments, general affairs department and information system one, JOSYS has streamlined operations and reduced the burden on employees. The dependency on individual tasks has been eliminated, and all members of the general affairs team are now able to carry out IT work. The system is also very well received by all the members for being easy to understand and use.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

We are satisfied with everything about JOSYS at the moment.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, it was necessary to access the management screen of all managed SaaS in order to manage them, but with API integration, we can centralize SaaS, which has greatly reduced the workload. Thanks to this, we can now focus on general affairs operations.

  ### 31. An excellent service essential for future management and company operations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

There are various services that allow for centralized management of accounts and devices, but this one had the best UI/UX among the ones I tried. Additionally, the customer success is outstanding, not just in terms of management, but also in providing organizational management know-how tailored to the company's situation and challenges, offering support along the way.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

It’s already sufficient, but I would be even happier if the range of integrated apps and apps that can be directly operated increased.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to centrally manage accounts on an individual basis and detecting shadow IT has improved the company's security and governance levels. Additionally, visualizing unused accounts has contributed to cost reduction. Through onboarding, the management structure is also being strengthened.

  ### 32. With app integration, usage status is clear at a glance, and internal management is smooth.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Takeshi O. | Information System Department Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The integration of the app is beneficial as it allows us to grasp the usage status of the apps used within the company at a glance.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

When adding members or IT devices, you have to manually add them one by one in the WEBUI, so I feel that a duplication feature would be very convenient.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was very difficult to keep track of which applications were being used within the company and who had which accounts. However, by implementing Josys, we were able to access that information immediately.

  ### 33. Great for Organizing Shadow IT, No Major Drawbacks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It provides an easy-to-understand visualization of the cloud services you are currently using.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Nothing in particular, but if I had to say something, it would be that Firefox doesn't support browser extensions.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes shadow IT visible.

  ### 34. Centralized IT asset management and robust support system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

IT asset management, which is often a major challenge for small and medium-sized enterprises, has become much simpler thanks to an intuitive interface. Moreover, having a clear overview of all SaaS applications in use allows for more effective auditing of redundant accounts and enhances overall security management.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There may be cases where certain Japan-specific cloud services are not supported, potentially limiting the effectiveness of automation.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allows centralized management of PCs, mobile devices, and SaaS accounts, greatly reducing the operational burden on the IT department. Automated workflows for account issuance and deletion have also improved coordination between HR and IT teams.

  ### 35. Contributing to the efficient management of IT assets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

- Device management
Good for linking with Intune / Jamf and for extensibility with custom items. It is now possible to centrally manage all the devices that could not be managed using spreadsheets, and to link them with the employee master, so it is now easier to deal with employees joining and leaving the company.

- SaaS-based account management
As there are many SaaS services that can be linked, it is good that account status can be visualized through synchronization, although not all of them. In particular, the ability to visualize accounts other than those of employees also provides an opportunity to conduct an inventory

- User permission management
The permission management for users who can access Josis itself is good. While many services only have general users and management users, it is possible to set permissions according to needs

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

- Custom fields for members
This can be done on the device, but currently members cannot expand the information they are given. I would like to be able to expand the management fields to suit the cases where I want to use them in-house

- Ease of SaaS account management
As Slack is our main communication tool, we would like a system that automatically checks whether or not SaaS accounts are required via SlackDM, and automatically collects the results. At present, this is a manual operation, so if we could create an experience that makes it easy for both administrators and employees to perform inventory, we could shorten the frequency of inventory, and always ensure optimal account status, which would contribute to security and cost.

- Visualization of security status
As the status of linked SaaS accounts and licenses is becoming visible, we believe that the next step will be to be able to see evaluations of the level of security measures and recommended settings (along with the current risks and why those settings are recommended) based on the SaaS settings, which will provide even more advanced value.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The visualization that has been made possible by linking IT devices, SaaS accounts and employee master data has made it easier to identify waste.
Until now, there was no such thing as a device or personnel master, but now that we can manage them in a unified way, we have almost achieved this.

  ### 36. My experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 歩香 . | Regular employee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The ability to manage the devices and applications used by employees within your organization.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There are some overlapping operations, and fully managing all devices remains a challenge.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of management tool .
Josys can managment All device.

  ### 37. Realize unified asset management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Ability to manage not only hardware but also software.
The ability to manage by linking with GWS as a master is also great.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

It would be even better if you could configure the custom app in detail.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can easily manage usage status of devices, accounts, etc.
Through visualization, it is possible to prevent device loss, failure to collect data from retired employees, and failure to delete SaaS.

  ### 38. The optimal solution for the Information Systems Department

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Josys is a unique system that integrates both SaaS management and device management. It not only enables seamless data import from major SaaS platforms through automatic integration but also allows for account creation and deletion, reducing the time needed to open and navigate each tool’s management interface. Additionally, because SaaS accounts and devices are linked to individual staff members, it helps prevent any oversights in returns or deletions when someone leaves the organization. This is especially recommended for growing startups that are beginning to find managing these processes with Excel or spreadsheets to be insufficient.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Not all tools can be automatically integrated. Additionally, attempting to import CSV files from a Mac often results in errors. If employee status changes (such as onboarding, termination, or leave) cannot be synchronized properly with HR-related systems, all updates must be done manually.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By linking SaaS accounts and devices to individuals, updates can be managed without omissions during changes in status. Additionally, device lifecycle management is possible, enabling timely replacements when necessary.

  ### 39. Used for asset management

Also, items can be customized in detail.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

At the moment, I haven't had any particular problems using it.
I'll write about any problems I encounter.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Devices at multiple facilities can be managed centrally, reducing the time it takes to search for information.

  ### 40. Intuitive and User-Friendly Employee IT Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manabu I. | Manager, Infrastructure Management Services, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Hey folks, let me break down the cool stuff about Josys for ya.
First off, the UI is slick as hell. Even when you're doing some heavy-duty IT management, it's a breeze to use. Newbies can hop right in without breaking a sweat - the dashboard and all the bells and whistles are super intuitive.
Now, the manual? It's freakin' awesome. Everything's spelled out crystal clear, with step-by-step instructions for each feature. You'll be a pro in no time, and if you hit a snag, it's got your back. The online help is top-notch too - you can find what you need in a jiffy.
But here's the real kicker: it makes onboarding and offboarding staff a piece of cake. Plus, you can manage all your SaaS apps and devices in one place. That's a game-changer for IT teams, my friends. Less headaches, less screw-ups. What's not to love?

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Look, Josys is pretty sweet overall, but it could use some beefing up in the customization department, ya know? It'd be dope if we could tweak it more to fit our specific industry stuff and company quirks.
And heads up, getting it all set up can be a bit of a time-suck. Especially if you're a big outfit with loads of SaaS apps and a gnarly IT setup, it might take a hot minute to get everything playing nice together. But hey, think of it as an investment, right? Once you've got all your ducks in a row, it'll pay off big time.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gotta say, this Josys thing is really sorting out some major headaches for us.
First off, it's making onboarding and offboarding way less of a pain. You know how it used to take ages to set up accounts and devices for newbies, or wipe everything when someone leaves? Well, Josys has that stuff on autopilot now. Saves time, cuts down on screw-ups, and keeps everything locked down tight.
Then there's all these SaaS apps we're using. Josys lets us handle user accounts, permissions, and licenses for a bunch of different platforms, all from one place. Talk about a time-saver for the IT crew, plus it helps us stay on top of all those pesky compliance and security rules.
Oh, and don't even get me started on how much easier it is to keep track of our gear now. We can see exactly what we've got, where it is, and how it's being used. Helps us save some cash and use our stuff more efficiently, you know?
Bottom line, Josys is freeing up the IT team to focus on the big picture stuff instead of getting bogged down in day-to-day admin work. We're getting more done and providing better support to everyone in the company.

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Users and terminals can now be easily registered and deleted as employees enter and leave the company. It is also easy to operate.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

In user management, I want to add an administrative item.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users and devices can now be centrally managed. In the future, we would like to use it for application account management.

  ### 42. Device management can be centralized with just this one tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

By assigning digital management numbers to all devices (such as mobile phones, tablets, multifunction printers, etc.), these devices can be centrally managed across various locations, including the head office and branch offices.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There are some parts of the subscription costs that I'm having a little trouble reproducing.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We centrally manage overall device information by keeping track of the number of devices (like iPads, iPhones, and PCs) at each branch, recording their settings and serial numbers, and maintaining records of purchase dates, purchase methods, and other related details.

  ### 43. Our general affairs work has become much easier.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

We now have full visibility into all SaaS applications used by our employees.
Deleting accounts after employee departures has become much easier.
Device management has also been centralized.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

No particular issues.
It's been a great help.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can centralize SaaS and device management.

  ### 44. Comprehensive SaaS management services

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Easy device management and free information registration

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Devices cannot yet be moved between tenants.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex device management at each location was easily accessed and managed over the web.
Setting up integration with Google Workspace was also easy.

  ### 45. Recommended for centralized management of SaaS and IT assets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

When I first joined JOSYS as the first Information Systems Manager, there was no IT-related device management ledger in the first place, and it was unclear who was managing the SaaS used throughout the company and to what extent accounts had been issued.
By introducing and using JOSYS, we were able to create a device management ledger and link SaaS applications to the ledger, so we could “see what was going on by looking at JOSYS,” which was very helpful to our business.
For example, when we issue a Google account, we can easily select the group to be added, which has improved the efficiency of our operations.
The Shadow IT detection function is another useful feature. By installing a Chrome extension, it is possible to detect what cloud services users are using, and to determine if there are security risks associated with them.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Regarding the inventory functionality currently in beta, it is possible to create survey forms, but it is not possible to handle cases where you only have a specific device, etc. I would be happy if there was more customizability.
In detail, the Member/IT Devices page allows you to create view tabs from filters, but I find it a bit inconvenient that the view tabs cannot be rearranged.
Also, if you create an account for a new employee and set his/her status as “pre-employment,” the status is not automatically changed to “enrolled” after the hire date, but must be changed manually.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I initially joined the company as the Information Systems Manager, the challenges I faced were the absence of a management ledger for IT-related devices and the lack of transparency in the management and account issuance status of SaaS used throughout the company. Operating under these conditions was inefficient and risky. Therefore, we implemented and used JOSYS to focus on establishing an IT-related device management ledger and linking SaaS applications used throughout the company. By doing this, the core of the business was clarified. As a result, we were able to create a situation where “by referring to JOSYS, it is easy to understand the status of the entire company.

In addition, the introduction of JOSYS has reduced the time and cost required for account creation by approximately 50%. In addition, the usage status has become clear at a glance, allowing IT managers to quickly and easily grasp who is using what. This has made it possible to quickly notice any discrepancies in business operations, and has facilitated problem solving and risk management.

  ### 46. Centralized user-specific device management and SaaS management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

IT devices and SaaS can be managed on a per-user basis, freeing them from complicated Excel management charts. My stress has been reduced by being freed from complicated operations. Operations have become much smoother as there are no longer any omissions in granting or deleting devices when employees enter or leave the company.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I would like to see more items regarding status management of IT devices. Since there are only “Inventory,” “In Use,” “Disposed/Canceled,” and “Unknown,” it is difficult to manage the status of PCs that have been returned and are scheduled for disposal, whether or not they have actually been disposed of.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work concurrently as an accountant at a start-up company, so the time I can devote to information asset management is limited. Because JOSYS alerts me, I am able to immediately notice and prevent the failure of retirees to return IT devices or delete SaaS, which is very useful in reducing the risk of information leaks.

  ### 47. Combining Users, Devices, And Tools: An Asset Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evgenii K. | Corporate Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Ability to see which users have which devices and which accounts on one screen. API Integration with many services such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Microsoft Azure. Ability to schedule account termination.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There's no ability to check devices that were used in the past by the user, only the currently used devices are displayed. Every time I need to check who had what in the past I have to export a csv with that information.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By having all three ledgers (employees, devices, accounts) in one place it provides ease of management of IT assets.
In addition Josys can be integrated into many SaaS through API (the list of supported services grows every other month). This integration can be used for a planned termination of accounts of members who are leaving the company.

  ### 48. Newly hired members were immediately entrusted with account management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randif K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Even newly hired members are able to manage SaaS tools and devices immediately.
We are also able to identify tools that have not been identified, and have obtained information on the basis of identifying tools, both free and paid, and preventing individual optimization.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

We would like to see the linkage, automation, and interlocking of various tool issuances (e.g., when a user logs into Tool A, an account for Tool B is issued) be expanded.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because the company was still small, account issuance was often handled by the initial members through verbal or Slack exchanges, which was cumbersome when there were scales and people coming and going. We are also able to identify tools that have not been identified, and have obtained information on the basis of identifying tools, both free and paid, and preventing individual optimization.

  ### 49. Excellent products that support IT departments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eiji Y. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

All devices and assets can be managed in the cloud. You can understand at a glance who is using it and how much stock is available.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The status is not updated automatically, I hope this will be improved in the future.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Up until now, we had been managing it manually using Excel, so we relied on a single piece of data without being updated in real time. By using this product, all of those problems were solved and there was no waste in device management.

  ### 50. Account & device management became visible, leading to man-hour reductions.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

・Easy app integration
・Visualization of device and app usage linkage status
・Device management can be customized to fit your company's registration items

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

・It would be nice to be able to create & delete freee HR accounts on JOSYS (currently only linked)

・When registering devices, it would be nice to be notified when a device is registered to a person with admin authority or higher who manages JOSYS.

・It would be nice to be able to select output items when outputting the status of managed devices in CSV format.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

・Issues in account management when entering and leaving the company
→The creation and deletion of accounts has been eliminated, and accounts can now be organized at the time of entry and exit from the company.

・Organization of device owners and items managed by each department in device management
→The ability to customize registration items at the time of device registration has made it possible to consolidate and manage items managed by other departments.
