What do you like best about Jostle?

I love how easy to use Jostle is compared to our old intranet. Having an easy to use intranet helps us share information instead of sending out company-wide emails. The news feed is a great way to keep up to date on company news and share information between colleagues. I also really like the shout out feature for congratulating people and teams on their work. I love how well the app works so that I can connect when I'm away from my desk as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

In the Library, there are too many permissions in my opinion. If you are a category librarian then you shouldn't need permission to also be a volume librarian also. For a small organization like ours, it would save time if I didn't have to set so many permissions up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jostle has made internal communications fun! It is a great onboarding tool for new employees because they can read recent news, get to know their coworkers using the People function and see how the organization is structured using the Teams function. We have also cut down on our paper by no longer producing a phone list and having employees go to Jostle to find local numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jostle?

Makes communication SO easy. The discussions are awesome! The news category is such a good and user-friendly tool. Love that things are constantly improving and there are so many possibilities for growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jostle:

This tool is so easy to use and the set-up is really nice. I was excited when they announced we would be getting Jostle but once we had it, I was more impressed once we received Jostle and just how great of a program it really is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication has improved tremendously! In addition toa ccountability. If it's on Jostle, they cannot argue that they were not aware of the situation. The team morale has increased, fun to see all the news posting, birthday posts, volunteering, updates on other hotels. Love the easy access to the company handbook and other SOPs. Library is meant to be the "golden copy" of key company documents (such as policies, templates, etc.) It is structured so that subject matter experts can own a Volume and manage all content within it. I've attached an article from our Support Centre that details these best practices, but if you have any further questions please reach out to your Customer Success Rep.

What do you like best about Jostle?

I was one of the people selected to help with the rollout of Jostle and am the manager for my department's folder. It has been very easy for me to upload and edit the files in the Loan Servicing toolbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

I wish that I could filter through some of the posts. There are a lot of posts that have been pinned (some from 2020) and I have found that I miss some newer posts because the pinned ones are taking up the screen space. What do you like best about Jostle?

People allows me to see all of my coworkers in one place which was a problem before having Jostle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

The WYSIWYG editor in news is outdated and buggy. Coming from building emails in Mailchimp to Jostle is going a step back in this specific regard.

Also a more robust analytical tool

The Library format/set up isn't ideal. We have received lot's of complaints from our employees that the way our documents are managed could be better. Ideally, if the Library behaved as a place where we could build out microsites it might be considerably better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jostle:

Jostle is simple and easy to use. It was well-received by my organization. It does everything that it's supposed to do, I only wish that there was a more robust analytics tool as well as a more up-to-date WYSIWYG editor. Thanks for the feedback! We definitely understand the concerns with the editor in News. We have a large project going on right now to completely rebuild it to use a more modern block compose architecture. That will start rolling out later this year.
