This is not a slight on Jostle, but if you are looking for very granular customization, this is not the product for you. The benefit is its simplicity. I wish there was more customization available in the News Articles as far as formatting, fonts, and colours. The search function could also use some improvement...it is quite slow and doesn't sort things by when they were posted, you have to change that after the search is complete. It's not the default. Easy to use - posts are on the login screen and easy to search for matching information, no training is necessary

Connecting employees - a great way to connect our outside staff to our inside staff, also our staff that are at different facilities to each other

There can be duplicate information, I wish there was a way for it to pick up keywords and ask if you would like to replace a document, as it can be hard to find the most current information, although in the search feature there is a way to sort by the newest date which helps!
