"Cleaner Inbox, Easier Company Communication with Jostle"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

I love that it reduces company-wide emails to almost 0. My inbox feels so much cleaner and its very easy to filter or search to find old communication in Jostle if I need to refer back to it. Yes, absolutely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

I don't have any major concerns with Jostle. The biggest battle is getting employees to check it regularly, but that isn't a product issue, and Jostle shows us who is viewing each item, so that's a plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the kind review. You're correct, life is much better with no internal emails!

"Effortless Setup and Seamless Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

I really like how easy it is to set up and use Jostle. Training new employees doesn't take long at all, which is a big plus. It's also super simple to put together news articles to share company-wide. We had a great partner at Jostle who helped us during the initial setup, making it very easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

The events section is not very flexible and we have not found much use for that part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the kind review Tobi. Much appreciated.

We'd love to talk with you about Events, since we are contemplating where to take its next version. Please email me at brad@jostle.me.

Today the "secret sauce" of Events is that it lets you build awareness for a company event for those how are not actually invited to it, without blocking their own calendar. For example, the Marketing Team can share they will be offsite for a workshop, only invite themselves, and make it visible to everyone. That way people can see they are moving forward with their initiative and understand they will be away that day.

"Seamless Employee Communications with Newsfeed, Articles, and Policy Access"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

I have been using Jostle both as an admin and as an end user, and the experience has been seamless so far. There are still a few areas for improvement, particularly around integration with our HCM, but it does a good job of delivering news feeds, articles, and policy access to the employees who need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

Integration with the current HCM. Org charts may be a little more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the clear and kind review.

We do have a pretty complete toolset for syncing to/from HRIS, so we'd love to learn more about your observations on that. Please email us at product@jostle.me so we can solve this for you. We likely can also help with org chart syncing, which is inherently tricky.

"Simple, User-Friendly Layout That’s Great for New Jostle Users"
4/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

The simple, easy to use layout! It's very user friendly and good if you're new to Jostle! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

It has many useful tips and tricks, but it's not very intuitive. It can sometimes be hard to find out how to do something without having to contact Jostle support (who are very helpful which is good!!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the review. No question we sometimes do things differently (with the intent of not running into the problems that intranets always do).

Have our tried using Ask a Question right in your Jostle platform? It does deliver great answers on most "how to" questions about the platform.

"Easy to Use with a Clear, Well-Organised Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

Our organisation has adopted it successfully, largely because it’s easy to use and offers a clear, well-organised interface that makes navigation straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

The formatting options when creating a new article feel limited, and the text blocks can be cumbersome to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Peter thanks for taking time to provide this feedback. Simple with all the features you need, that's indeed what we are trying to achieve.

Our design team would like to learn more from your experience with the Text Block. Could you please reach out to them at product@jostle.me?

"Intuitive, Global Communication with Powerful AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

We really like Jostle because it's very intuitive and user-friendly. It's simply laid out so anyone around the world can easily navigate the platform. I'm also very excited about the enhanced AI capabilities, which help users easily find information that might not be intuitively stored within the platform. I'm looking forward to more AI features being rolled out. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

I get questions about creating a customized home page at the user level. It would be great to use all the features but determine what appears on the home page. Also, translation features could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the great review.

Creating a home page that brings what matters into focus is in active development.

I can also share some ideas about how to manage languages in Jostle.

Please reach out to me at brad@jostle.me and we can move both those topics forward.

"Versatile Platform for Team Engagement and Seamless Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

I love the variety that it offers from news posts, to quick discussions, places to get to know the team better or link off to other areas of the organisation quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

It would be good to have a setting where you can have fixed notifications on some items. To explain.. we have a staff team where we are sharing a variety of content. Some content is very important whereas other content is fun and light hearted. The danger is that the staff team can go into their settings and change their preferences so that don't get notified. This means they may miss key content. I would love to be able to to have a feature where we could set notifications for important content that cannot be turned off by the staff member so that we know they are receiving the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

We appreciate your review Ben.

We do have two ways to solve the notification problem you cite:

1. Notify: This emails and sends a phone notification to everyone that can see the item, in a way that they cannot opt out of.

2. @mentions.

Reach out to me at brad@jostle.me and I'll show you these in action.
