Joqiva is an AI-assisted back office for service businesses in the UK. Teams can keep customer enquiries, jobs, quotes, customer acceptance, invoices and payment follow-up in one workflow. Customers pay the business directly by bank transfer; a customer saying they have paid is not confirmation that funds have arrived. Businesses can use Back Office on its own, AI Receptionist on its own, or both together. Receptionist has a separate subscription and captures call details for the team to review. It does not invent prices or promise confirmed appointments. Live phone service depends on the required setup and approval. A public interactive demo uses sample data and prerecorded conversations. Back Office and Receptionist have separate trial arrangements. Current plans, limits and trial conditions are listed on the pricing page.
