What do you like best about JOP?

What do you like best about JOP?

I like the features of this app, especially its good interface. I can easily track and manage my goals, add notes, or attach any study material related to specific goals. It also allows me to easily track progress and manage other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JOP?

What I have found the most helpful recently is the Projects. I can easily assign actions to myself and my teammates in Projects in our biweekly check-ins. The easy part here is that I don't need to use another platform to manage OKRs, check-ins and my projects, I can do all three in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOP?

I would request the JOP team to add reminders when my Action or Project's deadline is approaching. It would help me complete more my actions. Other things are fine for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JOP?

What do you like best about JOP?

Our tasks and projects are less overwhelming now. I feel, with OKRs, I can focus on one Project at a time, and the good thing is my manager can view my progress and check-in with me regularly. I was a little hesitant at the start but its a fair system as everyone’s OKR are visible to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOP?

There are no major problems but I would suggest two main things. Actions would be easier to manage if they had some sort of tags highlighted on them in the list. Second is the issue with notifications. I have missed some notification a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
