What do you like best about JOP?

JOP gives me clarity in terms of what are the goals that the company needs to achieve quarterly & yearly and how I can get the entire team aligned to those goals. It gives each and everyone transparency and understanding of what is expected out of each team member to achieve those goals. It keeps the team motivated & positively nudges them to be on target. What do you dislike about JOP?

I don't see any downside. I was looking for some software such as sheets integration and mobile application and I believe it's in the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
