It is filled with unneccessary fields. It gives each and everyone transparency and understanding of what is expected out of each team member to achieve those goals. It keeps the team motivated & positively nudges them to be on target. I love the badges that we share with the team. **What do you dislike about JOP?** I don't see any downside. I was looking for some software such as sheets integration and mobile application and I believe it's in the pipeline. **What problems is JOP solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Co-founder of a start-up, I must have the team aligned to one single purpose. With JOP it made it easy to do so. It gives me a clear understanding of every member's role & contribution they make toward achieving the company's objective.
