**What do you like best about JOON?**

What I love most about JOON is its flexibility. It allows me to spend my benefits on a variety of things that actually matter to me, whether that's my gym membership, yoga classes, or even things like meal subscriptions and wellness apps. I feel like JOON really understands that everyone's lifestyle needs are different, and it gives me the freedom to choose what works best for me.

Submitting claims is also a breeze. The process is straightforward, and I usually get reimbursed pretty quickly. No more dealing with complicated paperwork or waiting forever to get my money back. It’s clear that JOON was designed with the user in mind.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with JOON. It’s made managing my benefits so much easier and more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a modern, flexible way to utilize your lifestyle spending account, I highly recommend giving JOON a try!

I love the partnerships/discounts that JOON works with. This expands our company's offerings and gets employees excited.

The definitions of eligible categories are so broad that perhaps it might be diffcult to have some administrator control over the reimbursements.

**What problems is JOON solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Joon is making it easier for my company to offer a wellness reimbursement that is accomodating to individual employee needs and also eases the administrative burden of having to individually verify all purchases against the company policy.

**What do you like best about JOON?**

JOON has been an amazing employee incentive to cover any eligible purchases for a monthly deposit. It has extremely helped me with my overall income and being able to pay our bills. I couldn't do it without JOON! Thank you!!

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

I would say the only downside is sometimes I don't know when my deposit will go into my bank account. However, I recently found the link to Stripe which let me know the balance pending and expected deposit date!

**What problems is JOON solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JOON is allowing me to cover a bill I wouldn't be able to afford otherwise and I can't thank my company enough for implementing JOON as an employee incentive monthly!

Keeping track of health + wellness reimbursements can be hard. Joon simplifies the process through a simple upload, so I don't have to communicate directly with my employer about each charge.

I like how they create a spreadsheet explaining each wellness benefit's categories. I love how they show partners of Joon, to access discounts!

I wish they had an app, to get mobile notifications/reminders.

Working in a company with many employees, Joon helps to serve as a guide and a centralized hub to understand my employee benefits. It helps me to maximize my benefits!

I love that the updates come right to my inbox - rewards, updates, etc.  Also, submitting something manually or automated are both very easy.  I moved over to automated reimbursements and it's made the process super worry-free.

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

It was helpful to understand the integration better. I had to switch card info and was confused at first, but their support team was helpful.

Reimburesments for wellness charges.

JOON is a great addition to our benefit package. All employees can take advantage of this benefit and it is very easy to use.  The implementation was also a smooth process.  I have received good feedback from our employees regarding this plan.

**What do you like best about JOON?**

Since implementing JOON, we've seen incredible engagement and received overwhelmingly positive employee feedback! It is everyone's favorite benefit, but how could it not be? Within one platform, we can offer employee stipends for countless benefits - whichever is most important to each individual. From an administrator's perspective, it saves our team so much time not having to manage employee benefits/perks individually.

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

JOON is a newer company, and their recent JOON 2.0 update directly reflected the enhancements our team requested. Dislike feels like too strong of a word because these enhancement requests were "nice to have," and their team received our feedback and delivered in such a quick turnaround time.

**What problems is JOON solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JOON's support team is always readily available which saves our HR team so much time not having to manage or answer questions regarding multiple benefits/perks. With JOON being so customizable, it allows us to deliver equitable benefits to our entire employee population.

**What do you like best about JOON?**

We needed something to cater to various benefits and benefit types.  Before Joon, we just had a gym membership.  Furthermore, a rewards program was administered internally and took up much time.

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

Sometimes payment types get disconnected, and you have to reconnect.  But it reconnects just fine.

Employee retention, hiring, benefits, and administrative time that was being taken away.

**What do you like best about JOON?**

The platform is an excellent option for managers looking to deploy fringe benefits. I particularly like that Joon does the "categorizing" of purchases for you, ensuring a quick turnaround on approvals and the removal of manager bias from approval processes.

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

The platform is new and we were in their 1.0 version when we first started. From what I've seen in the 2.0 version I would have zero hesitation recommending the platform to others.

We wanted to deploy specific wellness, health, and personal enrichment benefits to employees in a way that was flexible to their spending needs and had low overhead for management to run.

JOON has an easy to use platform that allows our employees to be reimbursed for their health and wellness benefits. I love that I can "set it and forget it" and JOON manages all the admin work.

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

I wish I could set an end date for benefits who may be departing, however I believe this feature is coming out with JOON 2.0. I was able to be part of their user testing before launch, so I feel like my ideas and pain points were heard.

JOON takes away the admin burden of approving purchases, reimbursing employee's bank accounts, and providing day-to-day support with the platform. JOON loops me in when they need me!

I like that Joon is an easy and hassle-free way to manage our employee health and wellness benefits. Our account manager, Raheli,  is always available and helpful when we have any questions, and the platform is easy to utilize from an admin and employee perspective. Also, our employees absolutely love the program.

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

I wish I could provide some constructive criticism, but it is difficult since I have not run into any issues utilizing the platform. Maybe Joon could send reminders to new hires that were sent invites but haven't accepted.

**What problems is JOON solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Joon provides a way to manage something essential to our company and employees, our health and wellness program. As a small HR department going through a lot of changes, it is one less thing to worry about and is also a great marketing tool for potential candidates.

JOON helped our employees get into the health/wellness groove.  Simple to use and easy to manage.

Not a dislike, but it did take a bit to get staff to get up and running- but I think that was more indecision on what they wanted to purchase as it was a new benefit.

JOON helped employees focus more on their own well-being, which in turn led them to feel less stressed.

what i like best about joon is that I like that it's easy to upload receipts and link your card for transactions. you dont have to think about what you need to upload if it comes out of your bank account transactions

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

the one thing dislike about joon is how long it takes to get reimbursed. sometimes we want to pay off the transaction the month of and we won't receive the money until the following month.

it will take about a month to get your benefit into your bank account

i have not had many problems but realized we have health benefits for $100 a month such as gym memberships. when i started my job i was so excited to hear that they cover some part of my gym membership, its like getting a raise before you start your job!

**What do you like best about JOON?**

The API and ease of linking your own personal accounts. Once the accounts and credit cards are linked Joon will automatically scan for your applicable reimbursable transactions.

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

What I dislike is the fact that at times the linked accounts will become unlinked. Thus, causing me to go back and re-link and sometimes I have missed out on an applicable reimbursement.

Joon is solving for the wellness reimbursement benefit provided to the company's employees. I am able to be more productive as I don't have to go in monthly to request a reimbursement.

The admin portal is a little clunky and rigid but that's all changing with JOON 2.0. Can't wait!

My gym membership gets reimbursed automatically every month without me having to do anything. Just linked my bank account to Joom and it reimburses me automatically every month!

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

I don't dislike anything about Joon. I have been using the tool for about six months and I have no complaints. A great tool so far and I don't see where it could be improved.

Joon helps me use my work benefits by automating my gym reimbursement. I can my reimbursement every month through Joon without emails or manual processes. Love it!

You can categorize things, and maintain them in a well-ordered fashion, it's beneficial for a big project. Another best thing is that it's very accessible in both Desktop and mobile.

So far I have loved Joon! It is really easy to link my bank account, categorize/tag purchases, and upload receipts for purchases made to better my health & wellness, WFH essentials, and learning & development. Website is easy to navigate both on the computer and mobile device.

**What do you dislike about JOON?**

I wish I would have know I could roll over purchases to the next month if they exceeded the allotted monthly reimbursement amount!

I love that JOON & my employer encourages me to prioritize my health and wellness!

I love the user experience of JOON, their holistic understanding of supporting employee wellbeing, and the ease of billing both as a company and an employee.

Honestly I have no complaints with JOON. They are constantly innovating and updating the platform.

We are providing employees with mental and physical wellbeing support that goes outside of their more traditional health benefits. We have already seen increases in employee satisfaction.

**What do you like best about JOON?**

It took only 5 minutes to set up as an employer, and less than 2 minutes for each employee to set up once and use forever. We also don't have to spend a lot of time figuring out which benefits people in different regions want, as they can pick from any category they prefer.

There could be more reporting and metrics on usage.
