The ability to incorporate interactive content - videos, audio, links etc is quite handy and makes for a more engaging, valuable publication/document. PDF uploads are simple and it is also easy to share specific pages of a publication using links which is a necessary feature. Added to that is their customer service, which is top-notch. Years ago, I founded a digital magazine and my team used Joomag to design and distribute everything that we made. It was fun, but our funding only lasted 1 year. I recently contacted them & asked them to retrieve some of my creative content that I had lost over the years. In response to my email, the customer service people were very nice and they went out of their way to be helpful. They sent me the downloads I needed for my professional portfolio quite promptly.
