**What do you like best about Joom Pulse?**

The cost-benefit is, a priori, what stands out the most in JoomPulse. It is not the best sales analysis tool on ML, but it is also not the worst. With a little more attention to customer experience, I believe it has everything to succeed.

**What do you dislike about Joom Pulse?**

I don't like the lack of video material for tool analysis and, especially, the total abandonment of the client by the company's CS team.

**What problems is Joom Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JoomPulse at least gives me some guidance when buying new products. However, it does not solve more complex purchasing management problems for the company.

**What do you like best about Joom Pulse?**

Joom Pulse is a completely intuitive analysis tool, easy to analyze and make decisions. It has many features that help make decisions with more confidence. I can't do without Joom Pulse, 90% of my results come from the analysis that the tool presents for me to make decisions.

**What do you dislike about Joom Pulse?**

I have nothing to improve, maybe expand to other tools.

**What problems is Joom Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Joom Pulse is helping me make better decisions for import and stock management. Before, I was unsure about which product to work with to advertise on Mercado Livre.

**What do you like best about Joom Pulse?**

I discovered Joom Pulse after testing various tools that promised marketplace insights. Only Joom Pulse was able to deliver these market insights clearly, objectively, and most importantly, with a focus on empowering entrepreneurs. It delivers all this and much more. After my 7-day trial, I immediately signed up for the annual plan, connected my store, and am taking the available training. It is already possible to associate the growth in my company with the solution from Joom Pulse.

Still need to connect with Shopee and other marketplaces

**What problems is Joom Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had difficulties analyzing marketplace indicators and identifying potential improvements or opportunities in my store. With Joom Pulse, I can do this quickly and clearly.

Excellent platform with a lot of essential information to know what the business is really like, it has data by region, seller price, relevance, it's basically the answer key to a test. The support is good and they are always making improvements.
