Jonas reporting makes it easy for coordinators to see detailed costs on projects and the ability to drill down to see payroll details, billing, purchasing giving them a true idea of progress and profit. Very user friendly for our business, we really enjoy the superb customer service and their case logging system for issues is a well oiled machine. I haven't really come across many downsides. One thing I did notice with our new version is the ability to preview before posting which seems a little annoying at first, but the concept is safer for accounting practices. That's a hard question to answer considering.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Jonas Enterprise Service & Construction Software? They stated that I had to use this complicated spreadsheet to import payroll; payroll took me a day to process when our prior program took me 45mins to an hour to process. I asked if I could use account linx (which I used before Jonas). They made it more than clear that they were not associated with account linx and that the way I was importing payroll into Jonas was the most efficient. After so many tickets that we had submitted to the support team and no resolutions for half the items we had questions on and were ignored, we decided to switch back to our old system. When setting up account linx again, I noticed Jonas is associated with account linx. All of the BS that they sold us and lied to us about what their system did AND DID NOT, just so we would purchase their software, this infuriates me. Our experience with Jonas was awful and I do not recommend to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Really wish all of the different moduels were programmed the same. The newest update makes payroll entry more key stroke intensive. Case response times take weeks now.
