My favorite thing about Jolt thus far is how easy it is to use and the incredible customer service department. My rep is always ready to help us out with any software issue! Jolt holds us accountable for the things that we do on a regular basis. We have the ability to be reminded to complete lists, notified of completions and incomplete lists, create new lists, take photos, videos and make notes and ALL of this is hosted on Jolts servers that you can access at any time. Jolt is making updates to their platform and decided to archive some lists to the point were they weren't accessible from the front end that we have access to. Our main reason for using Jolt is to keep digital copies of lists that can be referenced at any time. To have the company make the decision on our behalf to archive lists makes zero sense. What do you dislike about Jolt? Not everything can be completed from a PC. Such as assigning tasks must be completed from an Ipad. We use jolt to manage our maintenance team in our manufacturing facility. We create maintenance work requests that get submitted by floor supervisors and reviewed by the engineers once a notice is sent that the list for a request has been completed. From these requests the Engineers create a maintenance work order list to be completed by the maintenance team, which once completed notifies the engineering team and the supervisors when the list has been completed. Sometimes when printing multiples of labels that print properly as singles, it will print a completely different label altogether. I'm sure it's just a bug that can easily be worked out. We have a one stop shop for labels and lists. All of our employees have access to the software not just at the label station, but on their phones as well as other store tablets. Checklists, Forms, Ease of Scheduling, Reports, and Logbook. Everything is all in one area so it makes everything easier. We have iPads all over our restaurants for checklists and any other need. We also use labels to mark all of our food to know when things need to be consumed and how long we have had something. I overall like this people everything is very easy to use.
