There's little to complain about. Perhaps, the mobile app could be more feature-rich, but it's still quite robust for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eventleaf saved our conference"
5/5
What do you like best about Eventleaf?

I made the decision to switch to Eventleaf just 2 weeks before the conference. We had been using a competitor's product for the previous 3 months and needed a system with more flexibility and a focus on a smooth on-site check-in process. I imported our online registrations into Eventleaf and we used their amazing mobile check-in app to provide a registration experience that was a pleasant experience for our attendees and our conference staff! For this reason, alone Eventleaf saved our conference!

We moved our on-site registration to Eventleaf because the super-fast check-in process and the ability to easily add on-site upsell products (like adding more vendors to a booth or purchasing extra tickets for our awards banquet). Eventleaf also offered a far superior experience for vendor management and speaker engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventleaf?

If I had one complaint about Eventleaf, it would be regarding the lack of documentation. Although there are a few good videos we used for end-user training on specific features (e.g. the QR code badge scanner app), the software needs a comprehensive training manual for the event planner.

I would also love it if the Sponsor management system worked like the exhibitor/speaker management system that is now in place. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have an end-to-end experience where the customer goes from purchase to profile upload and their information automatically appears on the exhibitor/sponsor page when the planner approves the purchase. "Exactly what we were looking for"
5/5
What do you like best about Eventleaf?

Eventleaf was a great app and site to use for our local undergraduate research conference. Super easy to use and implement, and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was great, and we look forward to using this for years to come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventleaf?

Some functionality is behind a paywall, but the company is more than willing to give free trials to try out the things that may be most useful to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EventLeaf review"
5/5
What do you like best about Eventleaf?

The platform was very intuitive. All the major elements to manage our conference were available and easily accessible. We were able to quickly set up a mock conference, register, publish the app, check-in, print badges, and capture leads. I was more impressed after reviewing the demo to discover other aspects that we didn't test yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventleaf?

Printing the badges was not direct. it's under the report, which seems out of place. Also, the need to use three separate apps for attendees, exhibitors, and check-in could be something they look into in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Value for Customizable Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Eventleaf?

We were looking for an affordable system that could do detailed registration with their own payment processor, name badge printing, and lead retrieval. After looking at many companies, Eventleaf was the only one to check all of the boxes. We are excited to start using their product for our conference in a few months. Received detailed demo, easy to get follow up questions answered by email, and was able to test the product before committing. Great customer service.

We liked that Eventleaf has their own payment gateway with payouts monthly to our bank account. You can also include registration types/options on name badge with customized “badge friendly” names. Lastly, you can create a basic registration page or build out with more detail through suggested tabs. As we just signed up, we haven’t been able to test out the reporting, name badge printing, or lead retrieval in action, but so far they seem to be great and meet all of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventleaf?

It took some time to set up the registration platform from scratch, but we were able to build out the registration options exactly as we needed and our Eventleaf contact was able to help us with any questions. Common registration fields need to be built from scratch, whereas other registration platforms have questions already built out. For example, you have to upload file of all states and countries when building the address fields to allow them to be a drop down. However, seems like we can copy/paste these fields for future registrations once created. As for the website, there is basic functionality and customization options when creating your registration webpage but it still worked for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Event Management Software"
5/5
What do you like best about Eventleaf?

We love Eventleaf's capability to handle our complicated event. Between multiple ticket options education sessions and purchasing items, we were used to a piecing together multiple platforms just to get folks registered. Now, thanks to Eventleaf, everything is in one place and we're able to communicate directly through the tool - a definite game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventleaf?

Set-up definitely has a learning curve, including many terms that take some trial and area. We'd love to see a more robust support area, but overall it just takes some clicking around to learn the tool to get things running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
